Taking out old unserviceable CI pipe from trenches and Supply and laying ductile iron pipe, socket and spigot, class 'K-7', 100 mm bore dia, in any length all as per IS:8329-2000, laid in trenches and jointing with push on joint synthetic rubber gasket made of SBR (Styrene Butadyne Rubber) or EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) conforming to IS:5382 suitable for 100 mm DI pipes including testing pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The synthetic rubber gasket shall be procured from the manufacturer of DI pipes. (ii) Earth work excavation, returning filling and removal will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

All as per item No.1, here in before but for ductile iron pipe, socket and spigot, class 'K-7', 150 mm bore dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve and Supply and fix sluice valve, 100 mm dia, cast iron body, flanged and both ends drilled with stainless steel spindle of class 1.0 PN conforming to IS 14846-2000, long body non rising type and ISI mark with provision of 3 mm thick rubber gasket on both sides of flanges, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 3, here in before but for sluice valve, 150 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 20 mm bore Gun metal globe or gate valve of class-I, pressure tested of 1.5 MPa with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI marked complete all specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel work as in repairs to various size valves chamber covers with 3mm thick MS sheet welded to MS frame made of 25 X 4mm flat iron all around and diagonal, lifting handle made out of MS flat of suitable size and locking arrangement welded to MS sheet, 25X4mm flat iron hold fast (long split at one end) embedded in wall with cement mortar or PCC and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
