Supply and fixing at top new plywood BWR 12 mm thick ISI marked of quality approved by GE. Retightening and Realignment of the frame of bed hard steel pipe in original shape as specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No. 3.00 above but taking out unservicable long rail. Supply and fixing of New Long rail of 25x65 mm CR rectangular pipe (18 gauge) medium grade in place of unservicable long rail all as specified duly arc welded as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No. 3.00 above but taking out unservicable short rail. Supply and fixing of New short rail of 25x65 mm MS rectangular pipe (18 gauge) medium grade in place of unservicable short rail all as specified duly arc welded as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 3.00 above but M&L for preparation of old painted iron/steel surfaces by scraping and scrubing with Abrassive paper (externally and internally) whole body including shelves, and filing the same with paste filler. Removing dents and scratches, broken welding or unscrewed shelves to be refixed/screwed/welded with main frame of Bed without damaging. Applying one coat of superior quality of synthetic enamel paint colour Black (make Asian/Burger/Nerolac) with spray machine over a coat of red oxide primer as directed and specified by Engr-in–Charge.

Chair Verandah (Drawing No FD-19(M)/FD-256/FD-359/any other) Taking out unserviceable 10 mm dia round bar. Supply and fixing in repairs 10mm dia round bars 450mm long welded 75mm below the bottom of seat to the front legs in Chair verandah all as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 4.00 above but removing existing unserviceable plastic cane. Recanning in Mat pattern with new virgin plastic cane 4 mm wide half round white colour 0.4 mm thick on the seat and back of chair verandah all as specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item 4.00 but Welding of broken parts of the frame. Re-alignment of Chair Verandah to its original shape as per drawing in accordance with standard workmanship/ directed and specified by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 4.00 above but taking out unservicable PVC/ hard rubber shoes. Supply and fixing of PVC shoes of minimium thickness 3mm of superior quality as approved by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 4.00 above but M&L for preparation of old painted iron steel surfaces by scrubing and rubbing down with abrassive paper, applying paste filler to smoothen surface thereafter applying a coat of white synthetic enamel paint superior quality over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (Drawing No FD-75/Any other):- Removing of unserviceable seat. Supply & fixing new seat made out of teak wood first class duly canned in Godrej pattern and polished in teak shade of suitable size and fixed with new screws and rest all as per drawing.

All as per item No 5.00 above but Removing of unserviceable back. Supply & fixing new back made out of teak wood first class duly canned in Godrej pattern and polished in teak shade of suitable size and fixed with new screws and rest all as per drawing .

All as per item No 5.00 above but removing of unserviceable arm. Supply & fixing new arm made of Ist class teakwood of size and shape as existing and polished in teak shade fixed with new screws and rest all as per drawing.

Chair Computer (FD-E6/MAP/01 or TP) Taking out/removing of unserviceable tapestry cloth/ Ieatherite from the seat and back. Supply and upholstering of the seat and back with the tapestry cloth (Acrylic/polyester/poly viscos/poly prophelene/ Ieatherite) of quality approved by GE as existing/specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item 6.00 removal of unserviceable seat. Supply and fixing of seat (510X470X60mm) with moulded polyurethane foam of density 40 including upholstering of cloth of quality approved by GE as existing/specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item 6.00 removal of unserviceable gas lift mechanism. Supply & fixing of gas lift mechanism below the seat to its original/functional working status as directed and specified by Engr-in–Charge

All as per item 6.00 removal of unserviceble twin wheel castors. Supply and fixing of twin wheel castors of quality approved by GE as specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Retightening and Realignment of the frame of Charpoy GI pipe to its original shape after carrying out threading as per requirement of rails or legs as directed and specified by Engr-in–Charge.

All all as per item No. 7.00 above but Taking out unserviceable long rail. Supply and fixing of New Long rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade (ISI marked) in place of unservicable long rail all as specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All all as per item No. 7.00 above but Taking out of unserviceable short rail. Supply and fixing of New short rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade in place of unservicable short rail all as specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All all as per item No. 7.00 above but taking out unservicable short rail of 32 mm dia. and fixing retrieved Short rail made out of the long rail( two short rails from one long rail) vide item at Serial no 12.01 by cutting and threading at both ends to the required size in the frame of GI Charpoy all as shown in the drg and as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All all as per item No. 7.00 above but taking out unservicable leg of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade and replacing with retrieved Leg out of the short rail of item 7.02 and 7.03 but cutting and threading at one end to be fitted in the Elbow and other end plugged by wielding 3mm thick MS sheet of the required size/ GI Plug as existing; and be fitted in the frame and fixing of two clamps 25mmx 3mm (Bottom clamp shall be plugged with 3mm thick MS sheet) on each leg of GI Charpoy all as shown in the drg and as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Supply and fixing of hand board made of 18 thick prelaminated particle (ISI Marked) of both side teak shade with edges fixed with plastic laminated beading of 3mm thickness with synthetic adhesive and headless pins of suitable size to be screwed th 25 mm dia hollow steel pipe hinged on the arm as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 9.00 above but removing the existing unserviceable shoe. Supply & fixing PVC Shoe of suitable size and 3 mm thickness to 25mm dia MS Pipe of 18 guage of legs. Rest all as per drawing.

All as per item No 9.00 above but welding in smooth finish of damaged/loose joints of any part. Scrubing and painting joint and mainframe with one coat in glossy finish of synthetic enamel paint black colour superior quality over a coat of red oxide primer with spray machine as specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

DESK STEEL FD-1021: - Removing of unserviceable table top of the box of the desk. Supply & fixing new table top of the box of suitable size, made out of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade, one side with teakwood shade balancing white including beading of 4 mm x 18 mm size fixed with fevicol and panel pins joined at corners in MITRE joint and duly given a cost of high gloss french polish and and rest all as per drawing as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 10.00 above but taking our unservicable Shoes. Supply and fixing of PVC shoes of thickness 3 mm suitable for legs of size 25mm Conduit pipe as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge in replacement of unserviceable shoes.

All as per item No 10.00 taking our unservicable leg. Supply and fixing of leg 25mm Conduit pipe of mild steel of 1.6mm wall thickness made to shape in all respect in replacement of unserviceable legs as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 13.00 above but removing the existing unserviceable Jali frame work of 3mm dia MS rod. Supply & fixing Jali frame work of 3mm dia MS rod of suitable size, by way of welding to 19mm dia MS Pipe of 18 guage. Rest all as per drawing.

All as per item No 13.00 above but removing the existing unserviceable 19mm dia MS Pipe 18 guage. Supply & fixing 19mm dia MS Pipe 18 guage of suitable size made to shape as existing by way of welding to 25mm dia MS Pipe of 18 guage of legs. Rest all as per drawing.

All as per item No 13.00 above but removing the existing unserviceable shoe. Supply & fixing PVC Shoe of suitable size and 3 mm thickness to 25mm dia MS Pipe of 18 guage of legs. Rest all as per drawing.

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (Drawing No FD-84 M/FD-307/FD-381/FD-1004/Any other) :- Taking out the unserviceable table top. Supply & fixing new top of suitable size, made of 18 mm thick particle board bonded exterior grade, affixed with PVC laminate sheet of 1mm thick of shade approved by Engr-in-Charge with balancing white PVC laminate sheet of 1mm thick. Teakwood beading of 4 mm x 18 mm size fixed all round the top, joined at corners in Mitre joint with synthetic adhesive and panel pins and duly given a coat of high gloss french polish and rest all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 14.00 above but removing the existing unserviceable lock from the drawer of table. Supply & fixing new brass lock 50mm/suitable size (ISI marked), four levers with duplicate keys and rest all as per drawing.

All as per item No 14.00 above but replacement of unserviceable drawer from table office clerk steel with new steel drawer made out of 1mm thick MS sheet as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 14.00 above but taking out unserviceable leg. Supply and fixing of legs 25 mm square tube of mild steel of 1.6mm wall thickness in all respect in replacement of unserviceable legs as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 14.00 above but taking out unservicable PVC/ hard rubber shoes. Supply and fixing of PVC shoes suitable for legs of size 25mm square tube of minimum thickness 3 mm as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge in replacement of unserviceable shoes.

All as per item No 14.00 above but M&L for preparation of old painted iron & steel surfaces (externally and internally whole body by scraping & scrubbing down with abrassive paper, removing dents and scratches, if any and filing the same with paste filler and applying a coat of OG/steel grey synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

Table dinning ORs Steel (FD-165). Replacement of unservicable top of the table dinning. Supply and fixing of top of table dinning with 18 mm thick plywood BWR of size 685mmx1900mm with aluminium sheet of 22 gauge fixed as directed and specified by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 15.00 above but taking our unservicable long stiffner/rail. Supply and fixing of long stiffner/rail 25mm square tube of mild steel of 1.6mm wall thickness in replacement of unserviceable long stiffner as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 15.00 above but taking out unservicable short stiffner/rail. Supply and fixing of short stiffner/short rail 25mm square tube of mild steel of 1.6mm wall thickness in all respect in replacement of unserviceable short stiffner as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 15.00 above but taking out unservicable shoe. Supply and fixing of PVC shoes suitable for legs of size 25mm minimium thickness 3mm at the bottom of square tubular leg as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge in replacement of unserviceable shoes.

All as per item No 15.00 above but taking our unservicable leg. Supply and fixing of leg 25mm square tube of mild steel of 1.6mm wall thickness in all respect in replacement of unserviceable legs as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 15.00 above but Preparation of old steel surface of table dinning and welding damaged joints, if any including scrubing, de-rusting the surface and painting with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 16.00 taking out unservicable leg. Supply and fixing of leg 25mm square tube of mild steel of 1.6mm wall thickness in all respect in replacement of unserviceable legs as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 16.00 taking our unservicable long/Short rail. Supply and fixing of long/Short rail 25mm square tube of mild steel of 1.6mm wall thickness in all respect in replacement of unserviceable long/Short rail as directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 16.00 above but applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the steel frame after preparation of surface, welding any broken joints in smooth finish as per standard workmanship and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (Drawing No FD-255, FD-383) Taking out the unserviceable table top. Supply & fixing new top of suitable size, made of 18 mm thick particle board bonded exterior grade, affixed with PVC laminate sheet of 1mm thick of white shade on top and below as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Teakwood beading of 4 mm x 18 mm size fixed all round the top, joined at corners in Mitre joint with synthetic adhesive and panel pins and duly given a coat of high gloss white paint over a coat of white primer and rest all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

All as per item No 17.00 above but taking out unservicable shoes. Supply and fixing of PVC shoes superior quality in place of old unservicable shoes as approved by GE

All as per item No 17.00 above but Re-alignment and Welding (in smooth finish) of broken parts/joints of the frame of Teapoy Verandah to its original shape. Supply and fixing 20x3 mm thick iron strip, if required as per drawing in accordance with standard workmanship/directed and specified by GE/Engr-in Charge.

All as per item No 17.00 above but preparation of old steel surface of teapoy verandah, scrubing the old paint, de-rusting the surface. Painting with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint superior quality over a coat of red oxide primer as directed by Engr-in–Charge.
