Chipping of unsound /weak concrete materials from slabs , beams, columns ,lintel, chajja, fin , facia etc. by any means as directed by engr-in-charge including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking materials by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign martials , loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD land and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge ( upto 4 storey of building) upto 30mm average thickness for slabs/Chajja

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an average 25mm (but not less than 15mm clear air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiseling etc) and applying alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust including from behind the reinforcing bars by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry all as per manufacturers instruction to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge upto 12 mm dia bar ( upto 4 storey of building)

M & L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/ specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge upto 4 storey

Supply and application of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimum specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge upto 4 storey High.

M & L for introducing new reinforcement bars for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. upto 12 mm dia bar upto 4 storey High.

M & L for providing and placing in position free flow non shrink cementations micro concrete of Grade of M-50 to the effected beam, column etc . The micro concrete shall have a minimum 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa, minimum tensile strength 5 N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimum flexural strength 5 N/mm2 @ 28days and complete all as spd and dir by Engr-in-charge. Add or deduct for every 10 mm thickness extra.

Supply and Application Cementitious Grouting Admixture with the Cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag of cement and injecting with high pressure by a Pressure grouting Pump through non return PVC nozzles Prefix with rapid setting cementitious Plugging Mortar to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusal or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick-setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes to be finished by removing the protruded portion of nozzles and finishing flush with the surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (upto 4 storey of building)

Bore packing of all the Spouts to be done with grouting admixture mixes with Cement Concrete / Mortar @225 ml per bag of Cement. (upto 04 storey high building).

Taking down Labour of Stripping of old tarfelt including layer of plaster of any description carefully from the roof surface (without damage of roof) and removing outside MD land as directed including roughening surface of old concrete roofing by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with the water to remove dust as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Water Proofing Treatment on existing cleaned RCC Roof with the following Specifications and Manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth and cured for 07 days by Ponding of water over Roof. (b) Preparing fully dried plastered surface as per IS:3067-1966, for further treatment. (c) Applying Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 over the Cleaned Plastered Surface @ 0.3 Litre per Sqm. (d) Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Membrane; 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.50 Kilogram per Square Metre (reinforced) with Polyster Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 Grams per Square Metre by Torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the Transverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction. (e) Applying one coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 Litre per Sqm over APP based Polymeric Membrane.

M & L 25mm thick cement concrete as in roof pading type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for Providing and applying shall urethane BTD, UV resistant , high performance , water based , cold applied , single component elastomeric in situ liquid membrane for water proofing conforming to ASTM D 6083 on top og concrete roof in two coats @ 9 Kg/10 Sqm for 500 microns dft . one coat of self -priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution in water in the ratio of 1:1 ) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application /system as per direction of engg-in -charge ) The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of exposed brick surface including surface preparation by hand operated or power operated tools i.e. scrappers, wire brushes, sand papers, pumice stone etc. painting should be down in two coats of thickness of 100 microns each by anti corrosive bituminous black paint tank mastic 100or similar conforming to is;9862 as approved by engineer-in-charge @ 2.50ltr/10 sqm with interval of 8 hours between two coats. the rate is inclusive of all contractor's own labour, materials, tools and plants, leads, lifts, transportation, taxes, octroi etc.. complete as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for extra addition of polymerised acrylic polymer with 47% solid content shalicrete 47 of stop or similar make as approved by GE in cement plaster \ mortar in weight ratio of 50:5 for cement and polymerised acrylic polymer used in cement mortar as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
