M&L for disconnection of electric supply and water supply pipe line of solar water heater/ collector plates of any size from site for repair/ overhauling/ replacement of unserviceable parts incl nut and bolts with washers and refixing the same in serviceable condition after assembling , testing and re connecting the electrical and water supply line complete.

S&F in replacement of heating element 3 KW, suitable for solar water heater(ISI marked) all as per sample complete.

Taking down old tank and M&L for replacement of old unserviceable 200 LPD hot water tank fully insulated complete.

Taking down old tank and M&L for replacement of old unserviceable 100 LPD hot water tank fully insulated complete.

M&L for descaling of pipe line with chemical powder and liquid (4 Kg each) of solar collector plates, solar water heating tank complete.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable collector glass panel with heating resistant glass panel of size 2.08 Mtr x 1.01 Mtr of thickness not less than 8 mm incl cleaning of broken glass suitable for 100/ 200 ltrs solar tank complete .

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable collector panel tube used for solar water heater based on in directed transfer of heat of capacity 100 LPD complete.

M&L for welding/ grazing work of rusted/ leakage portion of complete set of collector panel including metal/ GI pipe where necessary.

Taking out old U/S insulated pipe and Supply & fix Hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding suitable for 15 mm galvanised iron tubing with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, sockets, reducers, unions etc as required at site complete.
