PROVISION OF AIR DUCT COOLING SYSTEM UNDER AGE EM-V OF GE(NORTH) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of Arctic Air Cooler with Electrical Panel, comprising a 100% fresh air evaporative air cooling unit with three-side air intake through 10-micron air filters. The unit shall be fitted with Eco-Cool pads/antibacterial proprietary cellulose cooling pads (RoHS certified), centrifugal DIDW fan blower (AMCA Certified, Singapore), IE-2 efficiency squirrel cage induction motor (single phase/three phase as applicable) complete with pulley and belt drive arrangement, water circulation pump for spray through perforated distribution channel, metallic water tank with float valve, CPVC piping, and all other necessary accessories. The work shall include supply, installation, electrical panel, interconnecting wiring, testing, commissioning, and all necessary accessories required for satisfactory operation. The complete unit shall conform to the latest ASHRAE standards and shall have the following minimum specifications: (i) Air Flow Capacity: 10,000 CFM (ii) External Static Pressure (ESP): 30 mmWG (iii) Model: ADC-38K (iv)Pre-filter: 10-micron washable pre-filter Make: DRI-ARCTIC or equivalent approved Location: P-3 & P-6 Rooms and Line-1 & Line-2, First & Second Floor Areas (6 Rooms and 12 Lines), complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, and testing of site/factory-fabricated GSS rectangular ducting, complete with turning vanes, splitter vanes, gaskets, screws, nuts, bolts, jointing couplings, flanges, supports, hangers, sealant, and all other necessary accessories required for proper installation. The ducting shall be fabricated, erected, and tested in accordance with the approved drawings, relevant IS/SMACNA standards, and project specifications. The work shall be complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 9 mm thick closed-cell nitrile rubber insulation (Class 'O'), complete with suitable adhesive for fixing. All joints shall be properly sealed with 50 mm wide self-adhesive nitrile rubber insulation tape to ensure a continuous vapour barrier. The insulation shall be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and project specifications. The work shall be complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of extruded aluminium powder-coated double-louvre continuous adjustable grilles, complete with MS volume control damper (VCD), fixing arrangements, fasteners, and all necessary accessories. The grilles shall be installed as per the approved drawings and project specifications to ensure proper air distribution and control. The work shall be complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of GI duct volume control damper (VCD), fabricated from galvanized iron (GI) sheet of suitable gauge, complete with damper blades, operating spindle, locking quadrant, bearings, linkages, fixing hardware, and all necessary accessories. The damper shall be installed in the GI ducting system as per the approved drawings and project specifications to regulate airflow. The work shall be complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the

Supply, fabrication, erection, and fixing of ducting supports, including MS braces, frames, support members, extension hangers, channels, angles, threaded rods, clamps, fasteners, anchor bolts, nuts, washers, anti-vibration pads (where required), and all other necessary accessories for proper support of the ducting system. The supports shall be fabricated, erected, and fixed in accordance with the approved drawings, relevant standards, and project specifications. The work shall be complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of flexible canvas duct connections, made of heavy-duty fire-retardant canvas, complete with GI clamping strips, nuts, bolts, fasteners, sealant, and all necessary fixing accessories. The canvas connections shall be provided between the air handling/cooling unit and ducting to isolate vibration and prevent transmission of noise. The work shall be complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
