Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for poles, laying of electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimetre thick after laying and testing of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling old lightning arresters and Supply and fix lightening arrester NON LINEAR RESISTER type, complete with all fittings, transmission classes, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11 KV out door type complete all as specified and directed including taking down the existing LA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement pin type porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height 150mm dia for 11KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix inreplacement disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type single disk assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 11 KV grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement shackle type, porcelain, insulator for working pressure 1100 volt with hardware fitting bolt, washers, nuts etc height 100mm dia 115 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricating and fixing in repair mild steel cross arms bracings supports, D-clamps, back plates, clamps fabricated from structural steel section such as angle iron, channel, plate and flats etc including bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size including two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out all elect connections from LT panel and taking out the cable loop of any size of cable & checking the cable thoroughly including cleaning , cutting & removing the defective portion including provide new Alu lugs and re-fixing the cable in LT panel and relaying cable loop properly and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of Alu lugs, labour for earth work deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Repairs to LT panel board any size outdoor/indoor type by removing the U/S door hinges and S&F new door hinges of suitable size by welding including levelling the door by removing bends/dents and aligning the door for proper closing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying 50 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) of HDPE ISI Mark for enclosing cable below ground / road surface, to a required depth, including suitable size coplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting to LT MS tubular Pole 8.5/9 mtr long with two coats of synthetic enamelled aluminium paint with synthetic enamel paint over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling the ACB/VCB breaker rating 400 to 800 Amps make Crompton Greaves/C&S/ L&T by carrying out repair/ servicing, checking and renewing the defective shunt trip coil & UV trip 415 V AC, checking and rectifying the defective CTs and rectifying the mechanism operation including spring charge system, reinstalling the same in the panel and providing necessary line and connections acomplete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting all the electrical connections from H.T.and L.T. side of unserviceable transformer of cap above 160 KVA to 500 KVA i.e. Jumpers/cable from the cable end box or bushings & earthing terminal of the transformers, loading and unloading of transformer & transportation by vehicle/crane from substation to the repairing workshop including reinstallation, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the transformer cover rating up to 160 KVA along with the conservator by removing the nut bolts then after removing the internal HT. & LT connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank of transformer having ratio 11/0. 433KV, draining & decanting of transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC for the transformer. Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and remove all the moisture present in it , removal of leakage of tank if any by welding, refilling transformer oil in to the tank after dehydration / filtration and checking of dielectric strength of oil , after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling making the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by fixing the studs, bushings, fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop duly filled with oil, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : U/S items required for repairs shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule. Transformer oil if required with die electric strength not less than 40KV either new or filtered shall be filled and shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

All as item herein above but of capacity above 160 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix super enamelled copper winding wire / strip of any size for HT coils of transformers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix copper winding strip of any size for LT coils of transformers including providing insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Reconditioning of LT coil of copper wound transformer by turning the old paper insulations, straightening the entire LT Strip providing new paper insulations of superior quality and making coil of suitable design as original complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement oil temperature gauge meter suitable for transformer up to 500 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of breather assembly of transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with silica jel blue in colour and suitable for pipe entry of 15/20/25mm dia as per the site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismentaling of old rusted / unsv steel tubular pole/ strut any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles of 9.00 mtr height complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (Excavation & earth / concrete work shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.
