Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps i) Chopping lose and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufacturer’s specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. iv) Spreading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking 2 km.

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-15 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

Providing and fixing GI wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.56mm with wire of 0.45mm to existing steel door, window shutter frames with necessary M.S. strip beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).

Extra for using Marble printed / Granite shade or dark shade tiles instead of white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in glazed tiles and MAT finished tiles

Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.
