REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOL PUMP SETS AND FILTRATION PLANT CLEANING OF POOL AND OTHER ASSOCIATED WORKS AT SWIMMING POOL UNDER GE MIS MHOW

Taking out old filter media such as gravel / sand of any size completely from filler bed chamber and stacked on clean surface where directed including cleaning the filters by scraping with hard steel wire brushes, descaling the surface and remove slit, sludges and other deposits from inner side and taking out from chamber manually and deposit the same outside installation, finally clean and wash the surface properly with bleaching mixed water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparing the old inner surface of filter and applying two coats of edible food grade paint over a coat of red oxide primer on entire inner surface of filter complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning the filter media (Gravel and Sand) in hydro-chloric acid (HCL) and cleaning with fresh water to remove acid contents etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for re-filling of old gravels of various sizes in descending order in the filter beds, sizes varying from 02mm to 10 mm all as specified.

M&L for refilling old filter media (Sand) in the filter bed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and filling filter support media (gravels) in filter bed. Filter media shall be confirming to IS-8419 part-I 1977, all as specified and directed

Supply and filling filter media (small sugar size white crystal Sand) in filter bed all as specified and directed .Note:Filter media shall be confirming to IS-8419 part-I 1977

S&F plastic high dencity stainer high pressure of size 2 cm wide x 10cm height 1" dia with nipple as per existing size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and pouring Bleaching Powder, white, superior grade mixed with water and make into liquid form and fill into dosing plant complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-charge .Note: As and when ordered by Engineer-in-Charge ,bleaching powder shall be filled in dosing plant on daily basis upto entire contract period and quoted shall be inclusive for above provision .

M&L for cleaning of station swimming pool of size 50 M x 21 M with depth 1.5 M to 6 M, by scrapping the bottom surface, side walls & floor channels (inside and outside) with hard steel wire brush and emery paper including removal of dust, algae mud, slit and other foreign materials etc, cleaning overall surface with water and applying approved chemical washing @ 40 ml per Sqm and finally cleaning the surface with water complete all as specified and directed at site

S&F in repairs PVC Suction pipe (reinforced as per sample) 50 mm dia suitable for suction sweeper complete all as specified.

S&F fin repair cotton rope 20 mm dia for suction sweeper fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair high density Ball (As per sample) high pressure of PTMT without accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair brush (as per sample) for cleaning of wall of swimming pool complete all as specified.

M&L for applying Soda Ash in swimming pool complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for making Digital Board of size 3.0m x 2.0 m x 0.5 m complete with and including LED bulb or LED tube light fitting inside board and necessary nut, bolts, screws, washer, hanging rod, etc as required for fixing and stickering on board ( STATION SWIMMING POOL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge .

Surface dressing in hard/dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting /spreading back the aggregate complete all as directed at site. Note: STP and WTP yards shall be kept clean throughout the contract period by repeatedly removing the grass / weeds as and when ordered by Engineer-in-charge depending on the growth of the grass.Measurement for this item shall be made at the end of completion period and paid accordingly

S&F in repairs heavy duty suction sweeper brush assembly box type of size 300mm x 600mm made out of 6 mm thick MS plate, consisting nylon wheels, rubber bladder around and nylon brush complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill granule of trichloroisocyanuric Acid (90%)(C3CL3N303) chlorine Granuals(90%) size 5-8 mesh Appearance White granules of PH value 2.7 to 3.3 and effective chlorine 90% mixed with water and make into liquid form and fill into plant complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-charge .Note:(a) As and when ordered by Engineer-in-Charge , granule of trichloroisocyanuric Acid shall be filled in plant upto entire contract period and quoted shall be inclusive for above provision .(b) Make and sample shall be approved by GE before incorporation

M&L for cleaning of swimming pool of size 50 M x 21 M X depth 1.5 M to 6 M including bottom and side walls by using suction sweeper fitted with nylon brush all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (a) Cleaning shall be carried out as and when ordered by Engineer-in-charge. (b) Suction sweeper fitted with nylon brush shall be provided by the Deparment for cleaning. However spare such as leather/ rubber flaps, bolts, nuts, washeres etc as required during contract period shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.(c) Repairs to the suction sweeper including replacement of leather/ rubber flaps, bolts/nuts, washers etc shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost.(d) Quoted rate shall inclusive for maintaining the diving plate form and cleaning the sides of the side walls of the swimming pool once in every month.

M&L for applying Hydro chloric acid concentrated in swimming pool

Supply and pouring copper sulphate (BLUE STONE) Cu SO 4 mixed with water and make into liquid form and pour into swimming pool or dosing tank of swimming pool complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .Note: As and when ordered by Engineer-in-Charge,copper sulphate shall be filled in dosing tank upto entire contract period and quoted shall be inclusive for above provision .

Supply and pouring Non Ferric alum type crystal, white appearance, superior grade mixed with water and make into liquid form and pour into dosing plant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .Note: As and when ordered by Engineer-in-Charge ,Non Ferric alum shall be filled in dosing tank upto entire contract period and quoted shall be inclusive for above provision .

M&L for collecting potable water samples from STN Swimming pool Mhow and carried out the following tests through Govt / NABL accrediated labroratory as approved by GE as per BIS -10500-2012 complete all as specified and direction of Engineer-in-Charge (i) Temperature (ii) Turbidity (iii) Colour (iv) Total Hardness, Mineral Oil, residual chlorine (v) calcium (vi) Magnesium (vii) Total Alkalinity (viii) Chloride, phenolic compounds (as MBAS) (ix) Total disolved soilds (x) flouride COD,BOD,E-Coil,bacteria NOTE: Test results shall be submitted in duplicate.

M&L for CI fitting in repair, like cast iron bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc.) tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all socket or spigot and socket) collers, caps and plug etc from size 200 mm bore to 300 mm bore for spigot and socket end pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Pipes with double flanged including bends and fittings of size 200 mm dia, 6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Pipes with double flanged including bends and fittings of size 150mm dia, 6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of sluice valves cast iron body/ butterfly Valves by greasing/ oiling using T&P as required as per manufacture instructions including providing glands rope of superior quality and rubber gaskets / packing where necessary to stop any leakage of sluice valve of size 80mm dia to 250 mm dia.

M&L for CI fitting in repair, like cast iron bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc.) tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all socket or spigot and socket) collars, caps and plug upto 200 mm bore for spigot and socket end pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing CI pipe 200mm dia , laid in position for taking out branch connection by inserting new Tee, branches, collar etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting/ removing the defective starter from LT panel board and Supply & fix new Cosmic Star-Reversing Starter 415 volts 3 phase with single phase protection feature with overload relay range 7 to 10 Amp and Contactors suitable for 15 HP electric motor at the existing panel board in position and making electric connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting the Centrifugal pumps of capacity 15 HP to 20 HP of any make and model from motor and all water connections and removing/taking up from foundation, transporting to work shop (authorised /approved/ reputed dealer ) for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by replacing the defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc. complete. and Reassembling the pumps completely including oiling, greasing and replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (iii) T&P AND vehicles as required for above job shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rate shall be inclusive for this provision
