M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight of curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete incl demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' (old size) straight of curved on plan to any radius built in half brick wall using CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) including finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surface and raking out hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surface and raking out hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition for Roofs, floors ( other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Form work to soffits of suspended slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing .

M&L for RCC Nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns , in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on Preparatoin of wall surfaces .

M&L for preparation of the new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of OBD all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) & complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for polishing of kotastone ,marble /terrazo floor including material all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor tiles in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and rough.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite work in cooking platform and the like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for Light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured designer concept glazed ceramic tiles 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repairing of 75mm thick flooring in patches with PCC 1:2:4 20mm graded stone agg. & finished even & smooth without using extra cement. The rates include demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old Ceiling boards (Fibre,pulp,insulation,etc) or insulation boards /slabs blankets,including cover fillets and frame work.

S&F ceiling board 12mm thick in ceiling all complete as per direction and manufacturer’s instructions .

S&F Anodized aluminium snap grid of size 605mmx605mm (Powder coated) frame work for false ceiling, including 4mm dia GI wire for hanging all as specified in SSR and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position un framed work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete but welded tubes confirming to IS1161-1979 grade St-240. Grade 410-W Gde E-250 Quality.

S&F prepainted galvalume alu zinc coating based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/claddding to wall, fix with self tapping screws with necessary washers/welding all as specified and directed. (The profile of the sheet as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge).
