S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Making good disturbed wall surfaces/jambs, Forming jambs, etc., to openings (to foregoing item) including cutting, toothings and properly bonding into old work, including facing and pointing (if necessary) to match existing work, complete in cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one layer of concrete 25 mm thick comprising composition of 50 Kg of cement, 3 to 6 mm stone chips 100 Kg and sand 50 Kg mixed with spray set SL 2 to 2.5% by weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 litre of water, mixed with admixtures including bonding agent by spray jetting, over cleaning loose concrete from reinforcing bars, cleaning reinforcement of total rust using alkaline rust remover with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush. Supply and applying two coats of epoxy base passivating, protecting and bond coats of zinc rich system (Nitco zinc primer of FOSROC or equivalent in SIKA/ DR FIXIT PIDILITE) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and disconnecting existing water tanks of any type 500 litre capacity and removing to store or removing from site etc. and supplying and fixing Rotational moulded polye thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 litre capacity, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, all as directed.

S&F in repairs, Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern of size 580 mm x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests with and including 'P' or 'S' trap, connection to trap and to flushing pipe (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), set in and including provision of lime concrete bedding, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat Part No. CALINA S3010102 of CERA or equivalent in other makes as specified in Appendix 'C'.

M&L Rendering average 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on concrete roof surfaces finished to required gradient and camber to avoid accumulation of water, finished even and fair to receive roof treatment, all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed:- (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection , surface washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer. (b) M&L Applying bituminous primer on cleaned surface @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm. (c) M&L Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified and directed. (d) M&L Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages and seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (e) M&L Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 litre/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (f) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer. (Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following :- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product along with quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result if tested any of the independent laboratory, the testing charges shall however be borne by the contractor).

M&L Walling of Laterite squared rubble masonry, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on on external surfaces of stone masonry or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra over of squared rubble masonry, regular coursed Laterite Stone masonry; for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm, all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully point wiring any type (light, fan, socket or power) complete including taking down carefully by unscrewing from the boards, out lets boxes/ceiling/walls fittings and fixtures such as switches,sockets,ceiling rose, lamp shades lamp holders, tube light, bulk head fittings, street light fittings, MCBs / DBs etc of any type/size and capacity and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of any description any type and any size including earth conductor and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing Main board with MCB's and energy meter of any size and capacity along with teak wood board and keeping in safe at MES store for refixing all as directed.

Re-fixing of Energy meter including new teak wood board of appropriate size as directed including connection the energy meter all as specified.

M&L concealed point wiring using 1.1 KV grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS flexible cable, conforming to IS 694:2010, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors and PVC sheathed insulation for phase, neutral and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, colour-coded as per IS 11353:1985, drawn in and including medium grade PVC rigid conduits, conforming to IS 9537 (part-3):1983, of size not less than 20 mm NB. totally concealed in walls/floors/ceiling etc. including all conduit accessories, fittings, junction boxes, inspection covers etc., including cutting chases, factory made not less than 1.2m thick sunken flush sheet galvanized metal enclosure having zinc coating not less than 120 GSM, conforming to IS 14772:2000, having top, bottom, side and back-wall knockouts for conduit entry from any direction, suitable hylam sheet cover-plates for mounting switches, sockets etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ ceiling/ floor etc, complete all as specified and directed for the following:

Notes: [i] Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall /ceiling etc. for concealed wiring & making good disturbed surfaces to match existing. [ii] Wiring from the DB (distribution box) to terminal boxes for power plugs, fan regulators, switches, socket outlets, etc. shall be deemed inclusive in the quoted rates. Disconnecting and taking down ceiling fan of any sweep, any make and from any position at site, keeping the ceiling fan in safe custody for reuse, M&L painting the ceiling fan with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of filler to fill cavities including preparation of old painted surfaces to remove all loose, dirt, dust, oil, grease etc.and including re0fixing the ceiling fan in position at site and connecting with suitable length of copper conductor 3 core flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 upto ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed.
