Material & labour of repair to pot holes of any depth not exc 1.00 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc and cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat of bitumineous primer VG-10 at 5 kg/ 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed complete all as spd & directed. Depth of pot holes exc 30 mm.

Material & labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces including scarifying or picking gravelled exc 50mm and not exc 100mm deep macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exc 400 Sqm by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen VG-10 grade @5Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for preparation of WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 10.00 kg per 10 Sq metre all as specified and directed

Material & labour for premix bituminous macadam 40 mm (mix) consolidated thickness with 3.3% (minimum) paving bitumen(VG-30) as a binder by weight of total mix and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in SSR Part -I clause no 20.B.2.5.4(b) & 20.B.2.5.2, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required and all as specified in para 20.B.3 & sub para 20.B.3 of MES Schedule Part I and as directed.

Material & Labour for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 4.5% (minimum) paving bitumen(VG-30) as a binder by weight of total mix and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in SSR Part -I clause no 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.2.11 mixing & laying, rolled, consolidated to gradient and camber required as specified in para 20.B.4 & sub para 20.B.4 of MES Schedule Part I complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Item No 06 & 07 1. No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mixed is more than specified quantity. 2. The Contractor is advised to assess the realistic quantity of binder for the Design Mix specified above before quoting. If considered necessary, they may get the Design Mix done on their own before quoting the Tender. However, the Design Mix done prior to quoting of Tender shall not be considered for incorporation in the Work after conclusion of Contract and shall have to be done as specified above.complete all as spd and directed. 3. Material & Labour of Bituminous premixed carpet 20mm thick (consolidated thickness) consisting of 0.27 Cum/10 Sqm of stone chippings mixed with 14.60 Kg/10 Sqm of paving bitumen(VG-30) at mini Hot Mix Plant and spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for applying a tack coat over existing bituminous surface @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm of 20/30 bitumen and providing and laying 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bitumen mastic asphalt on prepared surface strictly in accordance with IS : 1195 of 1978 (as latest modified) with mastic i.e. bitumen of grade 20/30 @8.98 Kg /Sqm (minimum) mixed stone dust (lime stone powder with calcium value 80%) @0.016 Cum/Sqm and stone chipping of size 12.5mm and 10mm @0.0192 Cum/Sqm and sand @0.008 Cum per sqm with bitumen of grade 20/30 and finally providing stone aggregate of size 20mm @0.005 Cum / Sqm, mixed with 0.017Kg/Sqm of bitumen of grade 20/30, for anti skiding including all material, labour, tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of of Solar Stud (blinker), aluminium alloy (100% water proofing design ) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficieny Mono crystaline solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 watt one Ni-mh rechargeable battery (1.2V / 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete and fix to road with epoxy based adhesive as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, as in repair.

Supply and fixing in repair of of Cat's eye Road stud, solar reflective type, metal body alloy, size 100mm x 100 mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector with and incl MS stud of suitable size complete and fixing as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, as in repair.

Supply and fixing in repair of of plastic speed bump of 750mm length x 250mm width x 75 mm high and made of ABS material with 2 nos high reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA and fixed with 4 nos nail and epoxy adhesive (base bumper & hole) on road surface complete and fixing as per manufacturer's instruction and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of metal tubular delineators made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45 / 50mm dia mild steel pipe duly powder coated of 600 mm height and thermo plastic elastomer 3 band of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding the dealineator to the ground by means of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block of size 150 x 150 x 300mm all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of of Road safety convex mirror of 900mm dia, pole mounted on MS heavy grade pipe 50mm dia duly powder coated with anti-rust paint, 1.2 metre high from GL with 300 mm (minimum) embedded in ground and including necessary PCC M-10 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) block and two coats of paint by hot pressing over a coat of red oxide around the pipe in full perimeter all as per IRC specification complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as in repair.

Material & labour for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra cross etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads, pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour as per IRC 35 conforming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed), spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine drive complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slab or equivalent works including cutting reinforcement to facilitate demolition complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as directed.

Material , Labour and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed..

All as per item no 20 here-in-above but re-laying existing paver block

Material, Labour for laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for moorum filling as in road berms or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including waterting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour of 75mm(minimum) thick factory made reinforced cement polymer concrete (RCPC) drain cover slab including frame, medium duty, 3 M.T load bearing capacity with perforated complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour of 75mm(minimum) thick factory made reinforced cement polymer concrete (RCPC) manhole cover 450 mm dia including frame, medium duty,5 M.T load bearing capacity with perforated complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for old Brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with water proofing treatment. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in making good window opening, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation new surface and one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
