Providing Bored Cast-in-situ M25 grade R.C.C. pile in position as per specifications in all kinds of soil including cost of boring using drilling mud to stabilize the bore and flushing the bore of excess mud with freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps prior to placing concrete by tremie pipe in one continuous operation and including the cost of all materials and labour for placing of concrete and also including the cost of mobilization and hire charges of all equipment necessary for boring, welding of reinforcement cage as necessary and lowering of reinforcement cage, preparation and placing of concrete, including the cost of concrete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and labour for bending binding etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.

Hire and labour charges for shoring with sheet pile (12 mm thick) & ISMB- 250 runner, struts, anchor, tie etc. complete. beam section conforming to IS- 226 IS:808 & SP(6)-1964 including cutting to requisite length, fabrication with necessary welding conforming to IS: 816-1956 & is: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 814-1957 including driving and complete removing them as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge for overall depth of excavation from G.L., c) 6.0 m to below 7.0 m.

Application of Two Coats of Epoxy Primer as per BS 5493 by brush on the cleaned dry concrete surface with epoxy resin primer with reactive suitable hardner mixture as per specification and direction of EIC all complete. Coating of "Food Gr. Epoxy" resin of thickness not less than 240 micron with a low viscosity, crystallisation- resintent food grade epoxy resin base with a reactive diluents combined with high build epoxy amine adducts as per BS 5493 standard and a poly amide or amido poly amine or any other suitable hardener. it shall react with epoxy resin at normal ambient temperature, suitable for solvent -free coatings as per recommended proportion for use on metal, concrete and wood surface to protect from corrosion, give anti-fungal properties, as per guideline of FTA and USDA as well as damaged from chemical reaction after making the surface free from dust, oil and moisture etc. all complete as per instruction and to be satisfaction of EIC. Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturer's specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc. (No Departmental Cement is required)
