Boring holes 3m deep in soil for Single under reamed piles and getting out and disposal of soil to a distance of n.exc 50m (dia of pile 300mm)

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posps and struts complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick Rendring in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for prepartion new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified & directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance exc. 50 m but not exc. 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel angles ,flats, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc and similar work conforming to FE 410--0 or FE 310-0 complete.

S & F for concertina coil of 60 CM dia opening and weight not less than 400 gram per RM fixed to 'Y' type fencing binding with and including MS wire annealed not than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standered rails straining bolts including securing or typing at crossing with and provision of ganvanised MS wire stapples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating soft/loose soil in post soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n.ex 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as spd and directed

S&F for chain link fencing in 4mm dia mild steel galvansied wire mesh n.exc 4 kg per sqm 150 x 100 mm diagonal shape, mesh, made up, including link line wire, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire galvanised iron staples or steel pins/nuts and bolts etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.
