Fixing up of scaffolding arrangement and providing all the necessary tools & tackles to lift the existing valve for repairing.

Lifting of 800mm dia. sluice valve from the delivery side of the pump after removing the bottom chequered plate on supporting joints by unscrewing the nuts & bolts from both flanged ends of the existing sluice valve involving labour as per the direction of EIC.

Dismantling of delivery sluice valve wheel, yoke, gland, thrust collar, bonnet, stem, seal ring & body with the help of tools, tackles & cleaning the surface of these valve components by scrapping &other means complete in all respect.

Manufacturing of stem GM bush (88:10:2) & yoke sleeve and tapping to make inner bush threads for vertical movement of lead screw & valve plate as per existing sample.

Supply of thrust collar and full threaded machined bolts with washers required to fix the pedestal on the platform and complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supply of thick rubber gasket & accessories for sealing into the flange.

Supply of SS nuts & bolts as per existing sample.

Manufacturing & supply of 5mm thick round MS blank flange and fitted in delivery pipeline outlet to prevent leakage of wastewater.

Cleaning & repairing of delivery sluice valve plate by adding material i.e. GM liner at the outer rusted portion of valve plate & finally machining it for proper dimension.

Repairing & greasing of worn out parts of lead screw (stem) & its mechanism and placing it with the valve plate for easy & smooth operation & finally fitting all part at its existing place.

Repairing of rusted bonnet backseat alongwith fitting fixing of nuts & bolts complete.

Metalizing the worn out portions of valve plate, gland bush and hand wheel with machining and finishing complete.

Through priming & painting with anti-corrosive paints on valve plate, handwheel and outer surface of sluice valve etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of EIC.

Reassembling & refitting the whole sluice valve unit with stem bush, washers, gland packing, thrust collar, bonnet, stem, seal ring with body, remaking brick work of valve support & lower down the complete valve assembly for fitting to the delivery pipeline using gaskets, nuts & bolts with proper alignment complete.

Transportation charge from pump house to party work shop & return it with loading and unloading complete.
