Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2.Buy back: "Note:- Buy back of Existing Canopy of RO M/s laxmi Jagat. a) Buy back of Old canopy is included in this Tender which include “Buyback of existing canopy including roofing, celling, and all accessories excluding the cost of dismantling “Cost of Transportation of dismantled material will be under the scope of bidder. b) Minimum buy back Price of Old canopy along with roofing/celling and other accessories is fixed as Rs 315000/-(Rupees Three lacs fifteen thousand) c) If the amount quoted by the party is less than or at par with the estimate rate the amount of buy back of canopy will remain Rs 315000/-.In case the amount quoted by party is more than the estimated rates than the amount of buy back will be Rs 315000 + X% of Rs 315000 where X is the percentage surcharge quoted by the bidder. d) Successful bidder (L-1) has to pay & deposit the finalised buy back amount to IOCL, before commencement of work at site . All bidders are requested to visit the site , get acquaintance with the site conditions and note the above buy back of existing canopy while quoting the rates." 3. The bidder must note that there shall be Provision of CCTV camera for remote monitoring of working site as per given specification in Annxure-12 of Tehnical Bid. No extra payment shall be made for this provision. Vendors are advised to quote accordingly. Work commencement will only be allowed after installation and successful working of this CCTV remote monitoring system. No time extension on this account shall be given. Any delay in the commencement of work due to non-installation of this system shall be on the part of the vendor and resultant price adjustment due to this delay will be done accordingly. The CCTV equipment & associated cables etc. (except for Hard Disk & Yard light pole), installed by contractor shall be taken back by vendor after completion of work. 4. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 5. The below mentioned rates are inclusive of all Taxes, levies, duties, transport, insurance charges but exclusive of GST only and only GST will be paid extra. 6. The party must quote only after having read & understood all terms & conditions of tender. 7. The itemwise quantities mentioned here may vary at the time of execution of works and bills would be paid accordingly. The bidder must visit the site and assess the site conditions before quoting against the tender. 8. Bidders to note that the tender is being invited as advance action and there may be delays in issuance of LOA/ work order. Further, site may not be immediately available for undertaking works after tender finalization. Site would only be handed over after ensuring site readiness and availability of statutory clearances required.
