Construction of RCC underground water tank of size 8’x8’x7’by way of clearing grass & removal of the rubbish, earthwork in excavation over area for leveling, P/L of C.C. (1:5:10), P/F at or near ground level precast cement concrete 1:3, Filling available excavated earth in trenches, plinth etc. including Centering & shuttering for mass concrete, P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6. Job includes 15 mm cement plaster on both sides of brick wall in (1:4) mix, Cement concrete flooring with 1:2:4, R.C.C. work in tank roof & floor with 1:1½:3, Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work for tank floor & roof with 10mm bars of grade Fe-500D or more (approx. 205 Kg). Carriage of Sand, Bazri, Soling Stone, Earth (soil) & cement including loading, unloading & stacking. P/F GI pipes fittings 15mm dia – 30mtr, ½ HP water pump- 1 no. with ½” fittings, HD Steel 18”x18” main cover and allied plumbing & sanitary works to make water tank operational.

SITC of silent type Diesel Generator set of 35 KVA prime rating, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor suitable for 50 Hz ± 3%, three phase system & for 0.85 load factor with CPCB sound proof acoustics enclosure fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CRCA Sheet, cooling, fuel, exhaust intake air, fuel, lube oil & governing systems etc., Synchronous alternator 35KVA, with proper starting & shut down arrangement, Base frame & RCC Foundation, Engine Protection and Alarms for low lube pressure, high water Temp, high/low Dc Voltage, weak battery, over speed, fail to crank, fail to start, sensor failure, Battery charger, Acoustic Enclosure, Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Panel (35 KVA) with all automatic controls, HRC fuses, contactors 100A – 2 nos one each for mains and DG Set, indicating warning lamps, 04 sets of earthing i.e. 2 for neutral & 2 for body, PVC/XLPE Al power Cables (1.1 KV grade armored cable 35 Sq mm of 3.5 core – 200 mtr)
