M&L for plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. S&F prelaminated fire resistance PVC rigid foam sheet wall panelling of 5mm thick stick on inner frame of work of 35mm wide strip of 5mm thick rigid foam sheet . The strip should have a groove of 6mm width and 2mm depth for sinking the head of screw used to fix the strips to the all and should be placed vertically at equal intervals of 300mm c/c. The PVC strips to be fixed to the all using 65mm long MS screw through the groove in the strip using PVC fasters including necessary moulding work on doors, windows, pillars and opening etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Work for fixing of wall panelling shall be got exeduted through manufacturers authorised appllicators only under the close supervision of their techanical staff. (b) The entire quantity of wall panelling and their ancillaries shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer only.

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab consisting with following operations:- (i) Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wire brush & dusting, Apply a layer of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 litre/Sqm on the surface. Laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non-woven polyester matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film. Laying shall be done using butane torch maintaining 100mm side overlap & 150mm end overlap, sealling all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions & corners over a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over primer. The membrane shal be tucked into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar. The treatment shall be provided upto 200mm height above finished floor Note- The membrane shall have tensile strength of 700N/5cm in longitudinal direction and 450N/5cm in transverse direction at 23 degree celcius, Flow resistance>120 degree celcius, dimensional stability, < 0.5% when tested as per ASTM D 5147. The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers' (ii) Again applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane. (iii) Dusting dry sand @ 0.75 Kg per Sqm and applying two coat of silver paint over the membrane. (iv) Prepration of surfaces and applying two coat of aluminium solar reflective paint of complete surfaces.

M&L for clean the wall, roof, chajja and beam surfaces by removal of groth plant and injecting with chemical glyphosphate solution (4% concentration) @ 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants and roots at 30mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate (4% concentration) diluted with 1ltr of water.The size of block considred as whole bldg. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base paint or acrylic paint with necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.
