Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key , scrubbing down down with water etc complete all as specified. Note:- The demolished material should be disposed off out side the MOD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above fect.

M&L for brick work with modular size fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on fair face of brick over concrete surface finished even and smooth witout using extra cement complete all as spd.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed on 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate ) as in fillets at junctions between roof and parapet walls, copings rounded or chamfered angles, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, filling in presserd steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store for 25mm dia pipe and Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position as in walls, ceiling, floors, etc.complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 25 mm bore tubes "medium grade" galvanized with and incl all fittings complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or downand removal from site complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall with sand papering of incl cornices washing, rubbing down surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior weather proof paint over a primer coat (tint as approved by GE) complete all as specified. Note:- Paint and primer shall be 1st quality of same make.

S&f 6mm thick hollow Polycarbonate corrugated roof sheet(ISI marked) fixed with self driving screws with washer roof and joined two sheets will be filled with silicon weather proof sealant and covered with aluminium strip of 50mm x 3mm top and bottom complete all as specified and directed

Supply only MS screw, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 10cm and not exceeding 15cm long and dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all speciified and directed

S & F steel flat iron and including necessary drilling holes bolting or reveting etc and similar works complete conforming to fe-290 Gde E-165. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
