Preparation of steel and iron Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and fininshing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer all as specified and directed..

Notes for Sl Item No 205&206:_ 1. Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. (8 tanks pretreatment process includes: degreasing / water rinsing / de-rusting / water rinsing / activation / phosphating / water rinsing /passivation). 2. Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel. 3. Pre dispatch inspection shall be carried out by the authorized rep of accepting officer. in case of any deviation from approved drawing, the same will be rejected and fresh LT panel has to be fabricated by the manufacturer. Testing shall be done at ufacturer's premises and all routine test like IR and continuity tests shall be performed/recorded in presence of authorized rep of Accepting officer. 4. The panel manufacturer should have following certification: (i) CPRI certification Degree of protection IP-54 should be in accordance to IEC:61439 as applicable (ii) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A 5. MCCB/ACBs provided should be capable for on line setting of the current. 6. ACBs provided should be capable for on line setting to the time delay. 7. All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs and ACBs should be of same make. 8. All incomer ACBs and MCCBs should have provision of capability with SCADA through communication port for monitoring purpose only. 9. Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE before fabrication. 10. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

Supply,installation,commissioning & testing of advance encapsuated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free ,pipe in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc &alloy ) ,Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure Zinc (99.9%)&alloy coating (200-250) microns.Earthing system confirming to IS 3034.Outer and inner pipe shall be be 41.09 mm dia & 26.4 mm dia and 2.00 meter in length,zinc coated with additrional special alloy coating 300 mm on the top side for additional protection of the terminal.Annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill (CF) (crystalline Conductive Compound ).The Compact Fill (CF) mixure which is machine pressed in the pipes shall not be disintegrated or collapse when poutrt pipe corrodes .The inner pipe shall be extended with terminals for connectivity the job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Electrodite/Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be ecofriendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 2 Bags (as per soil condition) extra per pit/ unit. The material should have good electrical condutivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions complete work must be executed all as per manufacturer's instruction.
