Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2022-23/PT-22, e-Tender ID: 2022_ERO_151801_1 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 3.Tenderers to note that the rates quoted for all Supply items in the schedule shall be inclusive of all costs, allowances, materials, labour, loading, transportation of materials to site, transit insurance, handling, unloading, taxes, cost of approvals & TPI inspection charges, Customs Duty (if applicable) etc. 4.The installation is inclusive of erection, commissioning, all modifications/works required as per techical specification of Technical bid. 5. The below mentioned rates are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) which shall be payable as extra at prevailing rate for the said job. 6. GST @ 18% has been considered in this tender. Bidders may be guided accodingly.
