Replacement of old 100 MVA T/F by new 160MVA 220/132/11 KV T/F alongwith Tertiary connectins & othter associated Works at 220 kv ATPS Obra with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps, Crane / Hydra, Centrifuging Machine, CFM Operator, CFM Lubricant etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer the then after shifting dismantled material to central store/designated place as per Details below :
Dismantling of RTCC’ Panel of the old 100MVA 220 / 132KV Transformer including Disconnection of Control Cables, Cutting of its Earthing and then Shifting the dismantled RTCC Panel from Control Room to stores / designated place at the Sub Station.
Dismantling of existing 3 No. I32KV LAs & 3 no. 220 kv LAs ,LSI,BSI with Auxiliary structure alongwith associated Structures installed in defective 160MVA 220 /132KV Transformer Bay after due Cutting of Earthing, Opening of Jumpers etc.
Opening of HV & LV side Jumpers, Removal of Neutral & Main Tank Earthing, Opening of Control & Power Cable Connections of old 100MVA 220/132KV Transformer including Opening of Connections of associated OLTC & Marshalling Box.
Complete Dismantling of the Accessories of old 100MVA 220/132 KV Transformer including Removal of Earthing, Opening of Cable Connections, Draining out the Transformer Oil up to Required Level in 209 Lit. eapacity Oil Drums, Removal of Conservator Tank, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Bushings etc. after Draining of Oil in Radiators, Cooling Fans, Marshalling Box, etc., then Fixing of Blanking Plates on the Radiators, Pipe Lines, Conservator Tank Turret ete. (Blanking Plate including Bolts & Nuts, as Required shall be Provided by the Contractor)

Shifting of Main Tank of the dismantled defective/old 100MA 220/132KV Transformer from its Plinth to designated place up to 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank,as Repuired at 220 kv Gen. Sub Station ATPS Obra.
Additional Shifting of the Tank of above Transformer up to 500 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter and / or Part there of 220 kv Gen. Sub Station ATPS Obra.
Shifting of Main Tank of the new 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer to its Plinth from Place of Unloading up to 40 Meter Distance including Tuming of the Tank, as Rcquircd at 220 kv Gen. Sub Station ATPS Obra.
Additional Shifting of the Tank of above Transformer up to 45 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter and / or Part thereof).
Complete Erection of the new 160MVA 220/132KY Transformer including its Radiators, Conservator Tant Turrets, Connecting Pipe Lines, HT / LV / Neutral Bushings, Cooling Fans, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Marshaling Box, OTI, WTI, Capillary Tubes etc.
Complete Evacuation of new 160MVA 220/132KY Transformer Main Tank and Filling of N2, of dew Point (-) 50 °C or Better in Vacuum up to Pressure of 0.25 Kg / CM^2 and the again Evacuating the Transformer Tank after Required Time Interval (approx. 12/24 Hrs.) using Centrifuging Machine. The Work shall included Connecting Pipes of Machine as Required and Measuring Due Point Values of Dry Air after every Cycle till the Required Value is Achieved. Dew Point Meter (recently calibrated by NABL) shall be arranged by the contractor. The above works involves minimum 3 Cycles of evacuation and 3 Cycles of N2 filling, however if results are not up to the mark 1 more cycle of evacuation and Ni filling will be done by the contractor.
Performing the Vacuum stand test. The scope of work involves creating the vacuum inside the new 160MVA 220/132 KV Transformer up to -760 mm of Hg for evacuation of moisture from core & winding and mainiaining the pressure at least for 72 hours.
Loading, Shifting and Unloading of 3 No. Oil Tank of Capacity 20KL with the help of Hydra / Crane from Storage place to Working site near new 160MVA 220/132 KV Transformer and put back the same from Working site to safe Storage place after Completion of Job as ner instruction of Supervising Engineer.
Centrifuging of’T/F Oil (60 KL) in Oil Storage Tanks, un-interrupted till the desired BDV Value of the Oil is achieved and then Filling & Topping up of the Centrifuged T/F Oil in Transformer as per Standard Procedure to Maintain required Oil Level in the Transformer including Commissioning of Air Cell if required. Centrifuging & Circulation of T/F Oil in Transformer, un-interrupted till the desired BDV Value of the Oil & IR Values of Bushings are achieved including Hourly Recording all the Parameters such as Temp., Vacuum, Insulation Resistance etc. Centrifuging Machine (Minimum 12KL capacity with 2 No. high vacuum pump of capacity 3000LPM and Root Pump of capacity 1500LPM). its Operator and all associated T&Ps shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost. PPM Meter (recently calibrated by NABL) shall be arranged by the contractor.
Earthing of Main Tank, Marshaling Box, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Transformer Neutral etc. of new 160 MVA 220/132KV Transformer with the help of 50 X 6 mm / 75X 10 mm size M.S. Flats to be Provided by Department, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat & Delta at 2 Places including necessary Modifications in existing Earthing Strip Support Structure and then, Painting of the Earthing Strips above Ground Level with 2 Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint in Bus Green Colour.
Erection of RTCC Panel of new 160 MVA 220/132KV Transformer afier Shifting of RTCC Panel from Stores / designated place to Control Room, then Making Cable Terminations as per Cable Schedule and Making Earthing of the RTCC Panel.
Jumpering of HV side Bushings of new 160 MVA 220/132KV Transformer to Connect with HV side 220KV LAs with ACSR Moose/Deer/Zebra Conductor, associated Terminal Connectors etc.
Jumpering of LV side Bushings of new 160 MVA 220/132KV Transformer to Connect with 132KV Jack Bus with the help of ACSR Moose Conductor, associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc.
Making Terminations / Connection of the Control & Power Cables as per Cable Schedule of new 160 MVA 220/132KV Transformer, RTCC Panel, Control & Relay Panel, Cooling Fans, Pumps, Marshalling Box, OLTC Driving Mechanism etc. using existing Cables including Laying, Dressing & Binding of additional Control Cables, if required as per Site Requirement alongwith Making necessary Holes in the Gland Plate/ Box, wherever required including Providing & Fixing of Cable Glands of appropriate sizes, Providing of Ferrules etc.
Safe Carriage of 20 KL Oil Storage Tank from designated place to ATPS Obra within Approx. 100 Km distance to designated place, including its Shifting & Loading and Unloading, Shifting & Placing at site.
Variable frequency Tan Delta Test and SFRA Test of new 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer with appropriate & recently calibrated kit.
Breakdown Voltage Test, Water Content Test, Dielectric Dissipation Factor Test, Resistivity and Dissolved Gas Analysis (as per IS Norms) along with collection charges of 4 No. Oil Samples of new 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer. 1‘ Oil Sample for testing will be taken before charging, 2" Oil Sample for testing will be taken after 24 hrs. of charging, 3" Oil Sample for testing will be taken after 7 days of charging and 4“ Oil Sample for testing will be taken after 1 month of charging.
Mulsifier System ,including erection erection & Commission with all equipment & associated materials on 160 MVA T/F. at the place of old one.
Complete Dismantling of all the Water & Air Pipe Lines, Pipe Supports etc. of Mulsifyre System around the defective 100 MVA 220/132KY Transformer alongwith Shifting & Stacking of all the dismantled Items at Safe Storage Place at the Sub Station.
Complete erection & commissioning of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments and technical specification of UPPTCL including shifting of materials/equipments from store to erection site and including all other associated work to complete the work.
