Outsourcing services for maintenance and operation of following installations (as mentioned in ser item No.1.01) by employing operator (skilled).The resources deployed to ensure uninterrupted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

For New Pump House No 08, ITR Colony, one operator (skilled) is required in three Shift of 08 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays (3x334=1002 shifts) Details of plants/equipment to be operated and maintained under this item are as follows:- (a) Submersible pumping set - 01 Nos (b) DG Set 25 KVA - 01 Nos (c) Chlorination Plant - 01 Nos (d) Iron Removal Plant - 01 Nos

For PXE colony sewage pump house, one operator (skilled) is required in two Shift of 08 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays (2x334=668 shifts) Details of plants/equipment to be operated and maintained under this item are as follows:- (a) cenrifugal pumping set 5 HP-02 Nos

For ITR colony sewage pump house, one operator (skilled) is required in two Shift of 08 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays (2x334=668 shifts) Details of plants/equipment to be operated and maintained under this item are as follows:- (a) cenrifugal pumping set 10 HP - 01 No (b) cenrifugal pumping set 3 HP - 01 No (c) Diesel generating set 20 KVA-01 No

For OT road colony sewage pump house, one operator (skilled) is required in two Shift of 08 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays (2x334=668 shifts) Details of plants/equipment to be operated and maintained under this item are as follows:- (a) cenrifugal pumping set 3 HP - 01 No

For Main Receiving Station OT Road, one Electrician (skilled) is required in two Shift of 08 hours each on all days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (2x334=668 shifts)

NOTE- The rates quoted for operation and maintenance of installations will include the following :- 1. SHIFT TIMING FOR THE INSTALLATION (i) 1 st shift 0600 hrs to 14.00 hrs (ii) 2 nd shift 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs (iii) 3 rd shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs 1.01 (a) The detailment of operator i.e. shift timings against various installations may be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per requirement. Employment of each operato, in every shift, shall be measured and paid. Single shift : Single shift - 0830 Hrs to 1630 Hrs Two shifts : 1st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, 2nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs Three shifts : 1st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, 2nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs, 3rd Shif - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs 1.01(b) Rates quoted against respective items of sch 'A' shall be deemed to be inclusive of the expenditure for following :- (i) Area cleaning etc upto 5m from the plinth protection all around the installation (ii) Cleaning of all equipments, electrical and mechanical, inside the installations including cleaning of inside walls and roofs. 1.02 (iii) Daily check of installations as per manufactures manual before starting the machine and ensure routine maintenance as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Minimum required tools are to be available with the operator for carrying out operation and maintenance. (v) Log sheet to be maintained regularly, in bound book form, month wise, as per the proforma approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Fitst Aid box including medicines shall be kept in the installations.

1.03 (Vii) Preparation of display charts & posters as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Viii) Any abnormality observed shall be immediately intimated to the complaint cell for MES & Engineer-in-Charge (c) The contractor shall keep sufficient stock of following spares/stores required for the first line maintenance of installations so that the same may be available without any loss of time. The cost of these stores consumed in the work is to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against respective items of Sch 'A' 1.04 (i) All type of bolts, nuts washers, screws and other fasteners. (ii) All type of gland packing, gaskets, glass wool packing and grease etc. (iii) Lubricating materials, such as lubrication oil, cotton waste, soap, torch cell, brooms etc . (iv) Indicating lamp, thimbles, cable lugs, fuse wires, insulation tape etc… (v) Two shets of dress per operator as approved by the Department. (vi) One set of sagety shoe per operator. (vii) One set of hand gloves.
