Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30mm X 30mm X 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like Floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls:- Under 20cm wide including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1cement :1½ sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor all level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in foundations and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement 4 sand :8 graded cursed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone including spreading watering etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification 150mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing precast pre-polished checkered tiles 25mm thick of NTC make of approved shade, size laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of grey shade including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections in trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Square metre and under and 10mm to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground in cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (one coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over every subsequent coat of weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads and lifts:- G.I. Sheet roofing.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separtely) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 15cm wide 45cm overall semicircular plain G. I. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40mm X 3mm size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :- 0.63mm thick sheet.

Providing scaffolding for all kind of works in multistorey buildings up to all height with Bamboo complete tied with rope on joints and pedistal of CGI Sheet etc. in all respect (Face area of scafolding up to top pedestal height shall be measured and paid for) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamal paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in with enamal paint other than white.

Constructing manhole with R.C.C top slab in 1:2:4 mix in 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation concrete1:4:8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Inside size 800mm X 800mm and 560mm deep including 600mm dia precast cemocrete manhole cover with frame (Heavy duty) with 20mm thick walls of brick masonry using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wall ceiling floor galvanised mild steel tubes (Medium grade), tube fittings and clamps including making good the wall ceiling and floors. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :-15mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing 15mm dia brass full way valve with wheel including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately) for thickness of tiles upto 25mm.
