REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE :
Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for
Weather shade, Chajjas, corbels etc., including edges NOTE: Height rate variation calculated as per DSR 2018 @5.11.1 . Total height of building is 45 mts. From ground level.
Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with water proof ply 12 mm thick
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.
Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
MASONRY WORK :
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :
Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.
Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand)
CLADDING WORK :
Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

FINISHING :
15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge. NOTE: Height of building is considered as 45 mts.
Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.
Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives.
New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING :
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
In cement mortar
Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :
Of area 3 sq. metres and below
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
CONSERVATION OF HERITAGE BUILDINGS. :
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS
Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge
50mm average thickness
Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Bars upto 12 mm diameter
Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Upto and including 12mm dia.
Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.
SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer
Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
25 mm average thickness in 2 layers.
Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)
Stirrer mixed SBR Polymer (of approved make) modified Cement slurry made with Shrinkage Compensating Cement in concrete/RCC work.
Water proofing treatment of RCC sunshade with Zycosil/equivalent water proofing Solution (1 litre of Zycosil/equivalent & 20 litres of water stirred first & 2 litres of Zycoprime/equivalent added and stirred (total 23 litres)) till it meets the saturation level and testing as per RILEM or by water drops test in which water drops do not absorb but drops remain or rolls.
In-filling / sealing of joint between RCC lintel cum sunshade and wall (on external side) in all floors by pushing in Grout RW/equivalent in paste form and coving 20 mm x 20 mm after applying a coat of Zycosil/equivalent & zycoprime/equivalent solution before cement plastering of top, bottom and sides of RCC sunshade.
Providing & fixing 12 mm thk. Commercial plywood for covering of existing transformers with necessary lockbars, supports, screws etc. Job includes provision of blue colour rainpaulin of 200 GSM above commercial plywood for water protection. Fixing with the rainpaulin will be in consultation with Engineer in-charge.
Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.
Special Works:
Providing and fixing fiberglass mesh with alkali -resistant coating having mass per unit area about 145-165 g/sq.mt. m, mesh size 3.0 to 4.0mm ( +/-) 10% mesh size . Job includes cutting the mesh as per size and fixing the same on joint of RCC columns/beams & finns & chajja with specific adhesive or cement mortar as per standard specifications. Note:Payment will be done on actual area covered , No extra payment will be made for any kind of wastage.
providing structural repair in old damaged concrete structures/ surfaces with approved polymer with following operations: 1) Removal of loose / spaled or damaged conrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet. 2)Cleaning the reinforcement bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water jet to make the surface free from acid content. 3) Applying protective coat /bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1:15 ( 1part of polymer and 15 parts of cement in synthetic enamel paint like consistancy with brush. 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layer of maximum 20 mm with the propotion of cement 50 kgs. Washed and dired river sand 87.50 kg. , silica sand 37.50 kg. mixed with 10 lts. of polymer ( OR 1 kg. cement : 1.75 washed & dried river sand : 0.75 kg. silica sand : 200 mm polymer . 5) If the thickness of repair exceeds 20 mm , after every 20 mm thick bond coat as per item no. 3 mentioned above to be applied before continuing further structural repair works. this work is inclusive of all material , labour, scaffolding all comoplete all as directed at site. ( Polymer of make ROFFE / BASF / Fosroc / or approved equivalent make suitable for structural repair shall be used.) Note: Item shall be paid for the quantity of polymer used in operation as specified item . All complete
strengthening of RCC structure member with free flow SFMC( Super fine micro concrete ) manufactured bt Sunanda chemicals/ ROFFE / FOSROC/ or equivalent approved make including mixing with concrete mixer , pouring concrete at site and applying old to new concrete binder application as per manufacturrer's specifications, curing and adding stone aggregate below 10 mm size if required asper manufacturer specifiactions etc all completed as directed by Engineer in-charge. Using 100% SFMC Please Note: Mortar must be used after machine mixing only.
Providing all tools, labours, machinery & equipments for fixing of safety net of 2 layers. 1st layer made of 2.5 mm braided green colour 50 x 50 mm mesh size opening. 2 nd layer with Monofilament agro shade net. Job includes border nylon heavy duty rope of 12 mm dia. Job includes provision of all safety measure for workers like spder kit helmet, safety belts. Complete the job as per standard specification and procedure. Job includes all provision of necessary D-Clips hooks with nylon rope for tying the net at C/c distance about 200mm . Complete the job as directed by Engineer In-charge.
PART 'B" Any unforeseen item not covered above, executed from CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018 upto a base value of Rs. 3,00,000/- Hint: Bidder is supposed to quote rate for this item in column (green) at value which is at a certain percentage above or below the rate of DSR 2018. For e.g. if the estimated rate is Rs. 3,00,000/- then bidder should quote rate of Rs. 3,30,000/- in case he intends item in this part to be paid at the rate of 10% above DSR 2018 or Rs. 2,70,000/- in case he intends item in this part to be paid 10% below the DSR 2018 The value given in the rate for this item shall be used to derive the rate to be paid for the item from DSR 2018
