Withdrawing of 20 HP sub. p/m from outside tubewell including submersible cable, rope & column pipe part by part after disconnection of power line & delivery pipeline as directed (by derrick arrangement, Tube well outside the pump house)

Supply and delivery at site submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type submersible motor having the following specification pump.

Duty Condition : 60 m3 /hr.

Head : 64 mtr.

Motor : Submersible type 3 Ph. 50 Hz. 400V + 10%, Star Delta

Impeller : GM /SS /Cromesteel

Motor winding : Wet Type.

Pump outlet - 125 mm.

Suitable for size of tubewell : 250mm x 150mm.

Make : KSB / Texmo / PLUGA / BG.

(Test certificate, warranty certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery.)

Supply and delivery at site the following :-

uPVC 80 mm dia column pipe with both side square threaded (8 TPI) with one socket and 'O' ring biax technology with wiring lock system non corrosive, high tensile having ISO 9001 standard. Make- Ashirbad/ Oriplast For Jonai p/H no II

Making safety device for above pump by supplying 3 nos. suitable size MS clamp/ MS Cage and 1" dia nylon rope of required length including supplying nuts, bolts, and other materials as per direction.

Supply,delivery at site Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete (H.Guru)

Supply and delivery at site Heavy type suitable dia M.S. suspension clamp for above column pipe along with nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Split type M.S. fabricated suitable tubewell cover for the tubewell housing with necessary clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, Air pipe and cable entry etc.

Lowering of supplied 20 HP submersible pump motor set alongwith its new & existing uPVC column pipes, cable, nylon rope & connection of power line and delivery pipe line complete.
