Supply delivery the following materials at site :-

GI wire for binding of cable 12 SWG.

3 Core X 10 Sqmm Aluminum Armored, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable, conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC. (Make:-Gloster/Mescab/Polycab/other approved in vendor list.) (Test Certificate is to be submitted at the time of deliver)

Cleaning the existing G.I. collecting line to reach the damaged cable as per direction of EIC.(12 Nos Labour to be engaged)

Earth work in excavation of Cable line trenches, in all sorts of soil including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed &filling the same with excaveted soil including ramming dressing after all complete. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches,levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom,bailing out water as required complete.(For No of RBTW)-Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.(130 Mtr. X 1 No Cable X 0.3 Mtr. X 0.2 Mtr)

Laying of 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al. Ar. Cable along the length of G.I. collecting line including fixing with supplied G.I. wire, at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable/ Through Cable tray complete as per direction of EIC.(Extra cable supplied departmentally)

Making straight through joint inbetween 3 core 10 mm2 Al. Ar. Cable by supplying necessary seal kit all complete as per direction.(In the River Bed)

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm.including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)-(a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

LT MCC Panel Repairing portion:-

Digital ammeter, input 1A /5A (Programmable) Display : 14 mm LED Display, Input 1A /5A (Programmable), 3Ph 3W/4W Network, Accuracy Class : 1.0, 4 Digit, Size-96 mm X 96 mm X 40 mm.(Make:-Rishabh, Model No-RISH EINE I EP99/Other approved make)

LED indicating lamp coloured-red/green/Yellow operating voltage-240 VAC.(Make:-L & K, Cat No-EPL Red/Yellow/Green/Other approved make)

6 Sqmm PVC insulated(Un-sheathed) FR-LSH Cu wire single core multi strand 1.1 KV grade as per IS:694.(Make:-Polycab/Other approved make)

4 Sqmm PVC insulated(Un-sheathed) FR-LSH Cu wire single core multi strand 1.1 KV grade as per IS:694.(Make:-Polycab/Other approved make)

At first remove the damaged ammeter, indicating lamp etc from the existing panel after disconnection of all power line.Then fixing the above supplied materials at same place, then making power & control circuit wiring through out the panel work must be done by Experienced electrician and wholly satisfaction of EIC.

Lighting luminaries portion(Wiring for chlorine & store room):-

Jungle cutting, cleaning compound premises or shrubs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removingas directed.(Specific permission of Engineer in Charge prior to execution will be necessary.(To cleaning the Back side of Transformer Shed)

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint.(Above 9.0 mtr. long pole) i) 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming.

Supply of 4 Core X 16 Sqmm Aluminum Armored, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable, conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC.(Make:-Gloster/Mescab/Polycab/other approved in vendor list.)(Test Certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery.)

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.(From LT PDB Cum MCC Panel to MCB Box)

Supplying and fixing 32 Amp, DP, 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.(Make:-Havells/Other approved make)

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. to light/fan/call bell point with piano key type switch (Anchor make) fixed on sheet steel fabricated switch board with Perspex/bakelite top cover on wall incl. necy. connections and making earthing attachment and mending good damages to building works. [PVC casing-capping and Switch board both on surface]-8 Mtr Average Run.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch, on existing GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Wiring in 1.1 KV grade single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of following sizes in 25mm PVC casing-capping (Precision make) incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc-2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm).

Supply and fitting, fixing of angular batten holder.

Fixing only Single LED Batten light fitting complete with all accessories directly on wall by screws etc.

Fitting & fixing of the indoor lighting luminaries along with new & old accessories to the pole etc as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fitting, fixing of modular type indicator.

Supply and fitting, fixing of 3 Blades, 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan as per direction.(Make:-Approved make)

Supply & Fixing Socket type fan regulator (Step type) (Brand approved by EIC) on existing sheet metal switch board with bakelite/perspex top cover by screw after making housing for regulator knob by cutting bakelite/perspex top cover incl. making necy. connections etc.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials:-4 core X 16 Sqmm.

Chlorine Doser shifting Portion:-

Dismantled the 10 Kgf/Cm² chlorine doser from the existing place with 100 ltr tank, starter, cable etc as per direction of EIC.

Washing cleaning of chlorine machine unit including chlorine tank, pipe & specials etc, by engaging skilled personnel with supply of fast moving spares parts such as gland packing, clamp,nuts & bolts etc as required to keep the unit in healthy condition.

Installation and commissioning of the above supplied Chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stone, chips] and neat cement finish by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC. [Power will be feed from PLC panel of pumping machinery]

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with G.I. Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc.complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately)-15 mm Dia PVC Pipe(For Exposed Work)
