Dismantling of existing water proofing membrane and removal of the loose material from the roof slab surface including hacking to provide proper bond with cement mortar. The dismantled material to be disposed outside the periphery of the area cleared (All leads and lifts)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM,D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane 3 mm thick

Extra for covering top of membrane with Geotextile, 120 gsm non woven, 100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane Torch as per manufactures recommendation

Removing exesting surface paint by scrapping sand papering electric wire brushing (if required) and preparing the surface smooth and opening the cracks in V shape, removing the loose material by wire brush and then repairing the surface cracks on wall with mortar prepared with special cracks reparing material (like Dr. fixit pidicrete URP or Asian paint smart care crack seal) and providing and appalying one coat primer @ 1 ltr. per 10 Sqm (like Dr fixit prime seal or Asian paint Apex ultimate protek base coat ) and then two coat of external waterproofing coating @ 3.75 per 10 Sqm. Like Dr. fixit Raincoat UV stable or Asian paints Apex ultimate protex top coat) of desired shades as per manufacture specification upto three storey building . The above work shall be executed through anouthrised applicator . this item including the cost of scraping material , cracks material, primer , waterproofing , paint andscaffoaliding charges.
