M&L for cleaning and repair of overhead tanks having staging 15 metres and tank height up to 20 metres of 25,000.00 Gallons capacity by adopting following method :- (a) Removing accumulated sludge and solid particles etc deposited at the bottom of tank and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder solution by rubbing with wire brushes on all side walls, dome portion and bottom of the tank and removing grits and other deposited materials complete inside and outside of the tank and applying two coats of cement base paint, making it absolutely germ free complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of necessary arrangement for reaching upto 20 metres height tank for repair and cleaning and lowering the waste material.

M&L for cleaning of overhead steel tanks of 10,000.00 gallons capacity by adopting following method :- (a) Removing accumulated sludge and solid particles etc deposited at the bottom of tank and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder solution by rubbing with wire brushes on all side walls, dome portion and bottom of the tank and removing grits and other deposted materials complete inside and outside of the tank, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making it absolutely germ free complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Welding work with the specified size of MS plain sheet and angle iron to steel tank to stop leakages all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling old unserviceable tank in replacement with new Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 ltrs three layered (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including ball cock brass of size 20mm dia with polythene ball and inlet, outlet including wash out with plug/over flow pipe and anti mosquito rose coupling at one end all as specified in SSR Pt-I complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 750 Ltrs to 1000 Ltrs setting aside (for lowering if required) and cleaning of all scaling and dirt etc with bleaching powder and making it germ free including hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in position and writting date of cleaning and next due date with white paint complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of size 2000 Ltrs setting aside (for lowering if required) and cleaning of all scaling and dirt etc with bleaching powder and making it germ free including hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in position and writting date of cleaning and next due date with white paint complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing existing damaged/unserviceable any type /gun metal globe/gate valve from the pipe line and supply and fixing of gun metal globe/gate valve (ISI) marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

Removing existing damaged/unserviceable union from the pipe line and S&F of the same all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

Taking up the complete pumping set of capacity 5 HP to 7.5 HP from exisiting borewell of depth 80mtr alongwith column pipe 50mm bore total length 60 RM after disconnecting the pump from electric circuit. and after repair lowering the same to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: - Any repair required for pumping set, bore well will be measured and paid separately under respective items. T&P required for repairs , lowering or taking up of pumping set will be the responsibility of the contractor and rates quoted are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.)

Submersible pump of capacity 5 / 7.5 HP and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper conductor of standard size including varnish, insulation paper and soldering of connection etc. Assembly of motor with pump set with necessary studs, bolts, washers etc complete with all connection all as specified and directed.
