M & L for Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 90 cm x 60 cm x 5 mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 5 mtrs below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 4.25 mtrs below nominal ground level with a bottom layer MG SO4 of 10cm thick, earth plate surrounded with graphite powder, vegetable soil mixture, charcol and common salt in equal proportion around and 15cm above the plate and 10cm thick MG SO4 as top layer and the remaining portion filled with excavated earth and connected with copper strip 32mm x 6mm duly brazed up to 7.5 mtrs length and connected to earthing test point, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for watering with funnel and wire mesh all as shown in Elect Plate No.3 of MES Sch Pt I and as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth pit with necessary earth work, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 Chamber, RCC pit cover complete all as specified and directed. Cutting the existing bituminous/ cement concrete road to any length and width but 60 cm in depth as required at site for laying galvanised steel tubing as protection pipe for cable including earth work excavation in any type of soil, RFR and removing surplus soil as directed and making good the disturbed top surface and also provide the bituminous.
