ADDITION/ALTERATION AND IMPROVEMENT TO BUILDING NO P-03 AND P-04 AT MAIN GATE ENTRANCE OTM COMPLEX, VIJAYA NAGAR, ICGS HUT BAY

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for(un-reinforcement ) and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided reinforced (reinforcement of cut as required to facilasite demolition etc) and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheet roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley gutter etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets or frame work.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and and as directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar with all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including disposal of the rubbish out off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) of size not exceeding 1.5 SQMs each complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) of size exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

S&F standard aluminum sections of any Type as in doors, windows, ventilators, partitons etc, powder coated, cut to size, jointed with cadmium plated steel screws, including necessary jointing clips, rubber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium fittings, handles, locking arrangement (star lock), Nylon ball bearings and Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for sealing the gap of frame with Jamb and Cill (alround) using silicon gel at the rate of 0.05 lit/m for both faces of window etc complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Weight of Aluminum sections for frames and shutters shall be only considered for payment. Cost of other consumables required for the item shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes / Bakelite sheet only will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. Fixing by element of these items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, in each pane for n exc 0.50 Sqm each pane for aluminium sliding windows/ventilator shutters etc complete all as specified and directed.
