(iii) Charges for earth resistivity test deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) PCC Chamber shall be constructed 500mm away from the edge of earth pit (v) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to the Govt. (vi) For effective visibility, identification and traceability of earth pit (EP) with corresponding earth of equipment and building, markers in metal (Mild Steel) shall be provided. Earth test of earth pit is to be provided with a colour code. The direction regarding the size, shape and colour of the mild steel identification board etc shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) On completion of the entire work the contractor shall submit a register/ record showing location of earthing, earth value, date of testing etc to the Engineer-in-Charge .

Repairs to SWT 25000 gallons capacity works (Sch 'A' Part-VI Sec-II)

Treatment of all concrete defects to opening the joints/cracks such as cold joint, construction joints, cracks, corner joints and areas around honeycomb in the RCC of raft slab and column/footing/retaining wall by forming V/U shape groove with approx 15mm x 15mm size thereafter providing and applying a bond coat of Smart Care Multipurpose polymer in the groove thereafter sealing the groove with polymer modified mortar.

Injection grouting wherever required routing the joints through PVC injection nozzles fixed @1M c/c or less, using cement slurry grout with smartcare injection grout added @250 gm per bag of cement to full saturation etc complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating obtaining a consumption of 3KG/Sqm in 2-3 coats, smartcare damp block 2K or approved equivalent having 100% elongation as per ASTM D 412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5, The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing etc, complete as per manufacturers specifications

Protection screed/render Application of screed/render admixed with smartcare multipurpose polymer @ 7% of the cement weight to achieve thickness of 15-20mm screed and 10-12 mm render as per approved methodology complete all as specified and directed

Lightning protection works (Sch 'A' Part-VII Sec-II)

External Water supply Works (Sch 'A' Part-XI Sec-II)

Construction of 230mm thick brick masonary valve chamber built in CM 1:6 for valve pit of size 105cm x 105cm x 105cm ( internal dimentions) with 100mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 100mm offset 15mm thick plastering internally and 15mm thick plastering externally in CM 1:6 up to 15 cm below GL, 3mm thick MS sheet cover , double door welded to 50mmx50mmx6mm MS angle iron frame fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:23:4 type B1, coping 50mm thick with PCC 1:2:4 type B1,20mmx6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangements including lock 65mm brass and keys,MShandles and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint too all steel surfaces including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Flanges suitable for 150 mm bore pipe of thickness not less than 12mm duly drilled holes of suitable size matching with flanges of sluice vlave. Note :- (i) Flange joints will be measured separately under relevant item. (ii) Welding of flanges will be measured separately under relevant item

Cutting of existing road not less than 0.35 meter in depth and not less than 0.6 metre wide for laying of DI pipe line of dia 150 mm all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Removal of spoil in road cutting for laying of pipe line shall be measured under relevant item. (ii) Making good of disturbed/damaged road shall be measured under relevent item. (iii) Excavation and earth work beyond 0.35 metre depth will be measured under relevent item.

Dismantling , shifting and reassembling, fitting, testing and commissioning of Pumping sets, centrifugal ,electric driven, of rating 60HP from Base pump house to intermediate pumphouse at Birpur complete Including the following:- (i) Electric connection using suitable size brass lugs and glands with 95sqmm 3.5 core size of aluminium cable from Main LT panel to incoming MCCB of starter panel.(ii)Electric connection using suitable size brass lugs and glands with 50 sqmm 3 core size of copper cable from starter panel to motor terminals. (iii) Making the water pipe line connection to the water supply net work with 150 mm dia MS pipe and required materials including any item like cutting, welding etc required at site for making connections is deemed to be included in this item as directed at site. (iv) PCC foundations to install new pump set shall be as per manufacturer design including grouting suitable size of nuts, bolts and anti vibration pads for vibration free running of pump set shall be as per manufacturer design and the rates are deemed to be included in this item as directed at site. Note:- (i) Cable shall be measured separately under relevant items (ii) MS pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Horizontal centrifugal multistage pumping set electric driven 1450 RPM with bronze impeller and steel shaft having discharge 93M3/ HR at 125 Mtr head coupled with squirrel cage induction motor of capacity not less than 75 HP, 5 stage at 415 volts AC, 3 phase 50 Hz mounted on common base plate. Pump Model :- RKB125/27 or equivalent in Kirloskar, M&P, Grandfos & Beacon. Including the following:- (i) Electric connection using suitable size brass lugs and glands with 120 sqmm 3.5 core size of aluminium cable from Main LT panel to incoming MCCB of starter panel.(ii)Electric connection using suitable size brass lugs and glands with 70 sqmm 3 core size of copper cable from starter panel to motor terminals. (iii) Making the water pipe line connection to the existing water supply net work with 150 mm dia MS pipe and required materials including any item like cutting, welding etc required at site for making connections is deemed to be included in this item as directed at site. (iv) PCC foundations to install new pump set shall be as per manufacturer design including grouting suitable size of nuts, bolts and anti vibration pads for vibration free running of pump set shall be as per manufacturer design and the rates are deemed to be included in this item as directed at site. Location :- At Base Pump House Note:- (i) Cable shall be measured separately under relevant items (ii) MS pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

(iii) Making the water pipe line connection to the existing water supply net work with 100 mm dia MS pipe and required materials including any item like cutting, welding etc required at site for making connections is deemed to be included in this item as directed at site. (iv) PCC foundations to install new pump set shall be as per manufacturer design including grouting suitable size of nuts, bolts and anti vibration pads for vibration free running of pump set shall be as per manufacturer design and the rates are deemed to be included in this item as directed at site. Location :- At Base Pump House Note:- (i) Cable shall be measured separately under relevant items (ii) MS pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

External Electric supply Works (Sch 'A' Part-XII Sec-II)

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel Engine driven water cooled generating set of capacity 200 KVA, 415 Volts, BHP as per manufacture recommendation, AC Supply, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NTP, speed 1500 RPM at Ratnuchak mounted on common base frame with flexible coupling and meeting the requirement of IS-4722/BIS specification with CPCB approved acoustic enclosures fabricated out of CRCA sheets as per manufacture recommendation Sound proofing of enclosures is done with high quality foam conforming to IS-8183 for 75 dBT 01 metre complete including PCC foundation in all respect as per norms of OEM. DIESEL ENGINE : Water cooled diesel engine of adequate capacity suitable to deliver 200 KVA power at 1500 RPM generally in accordance with latest BIS/IS Specification provided with blower fan, 12 volts self starting including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity, charging dynamo/alternator , air cleaner, diesel/oil filters, complete in all respect. The engineer shall be capable of takings 10% over load for one hour for every 12 hours running conforming to the environment (PROTECTION ACT 1986) (29 OF 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India Notification Part II sections III Sub Section (I) dated 12 Jul 2004.

ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL : All relevant information shall be displayed on a complete panel for easy monitoring of lubricant, oil pressure, battery charging, ammeter, hours meter, starting switch etc FUEL TANK : In built fuel tank adequate capacity for 12 hours running with stop cock, drain plug as per recommendation of OEM ALTERNATOR : 200 KVA at NTP at Ratnuchak Mil Stn, 3 phase 50 Hz, 415 volts, AC supply, 0.8 PF at 1500 RPM, this shall be self excited screen protected and drip proof type brushless, conforming to relevant IS/BIS code as per latest manufacturing schedule. CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel shall be built in accoustic enclosures with the following accessories complete wired with suitable size of copper cable with following accessories:- (i) MCCB of suitable rating with over load and short circuit protection. (ii) Digital Ammeter (iii) Digital Voltmeter (iv) One set of indicating LED lamps RYB and fuses. (v) Frequency meter, RPM meter, Hour meter, Fuel level indicator. (vi) KWH meter of suitable capacity digital type for 3 phase 415 volt AC supply and for unbalanced load. (vii) Water temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge

Note : The Gen set must be affixed with label meeting the following requirement ( The label shall be durable and legible) (a) Name and address of the engine manufacturer. (b) Statement that this engine conforms to the environment (PROTECTION) (c) Type and approval certificate number. (d) Date of manufacturing of Gen set. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Acoustic enclosure should be as per manufacturer recommendation. The walls of enclosures will be insulated to get 75 dba at 1 meter sound leveled as recommended by ministry of environment and forest. The enclosure shall have following provisions : (i) Fitting arrangement (ii) Point for neutral and bod earthing (iii) Fuel drain (iv) Lub oil drainage (v) Air breather (vi) Easy stop push button (vii) Panel meter viewing window (viii) Canopy light as per OEM recommendations Note : (i) DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy (ii) First filling of Engine oil and Fuel etc should be arranged by contractor for testing.
