Testing, cleaning & overhauling of complete operating mechanism for smooth functioning, checking of control panel wiring for operation & protection for tripping & closing & rectifying the defects all equipments including Deoxidizing of all electrical contacts replacement unserviceable wiring with ferrule & lugs, reassembling & testing of complete VCB all as directed specified and directed by Engineer in Charge . Material and labour for Filling only new transformer oil for topping up or replacement of transformer oil in the OCB, Oil switch, transformers 11 KV / 440 V at different locations during the process of filtration, all as directed and specified.

Disconnected earthing strip from transformer body and neutral at site . Testing of earth resistance of each earthing of transformer (2Neutral and2 Body earthing ) and report to be submitted at AGE E/M Office complete all as directed up to 1000 KVA transformer.

Material & labour for carring out fault detection of HT underground XLPE electrical cable located in 11 BRD station complex with the help of surge generator pulse,cable route tracer,ECHO cable fault detector with high frequency distance calculator (Fault locating van) of MSEDCL (testing division) or equivalent approved vendor,identifing the the fault carring out necessary and additional exacavation in any type of strata for exposing the cable fault , verification of fault/detoriated portion of the cables & fault confirmation , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Excavation in trenches carefully for taking out or relaying existing/ new servicable HTUG cable not. exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots,earthing chamers,GI strips ,debries,cleaning the area with the help of JCB , filling holes and levelling of the ground & well ramming, stacking of serviceable material at MES yard and removing of serviceable /unserviceable materials to a distance n exc 100 m and clearing site complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Cutting of branches of trees having girth exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 28 cm in over head conductor span approximate length 30-40 mtr including disposal of unserviceable material to a distance 100 mtr for removing/ cleaning over head ACSR conductor around 3 mtrs,complete all as directed. Note : T &P for above mentioned work included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of surfaces of angle iron by emmery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of zinc oxide primer to angle iron and two coats of aluminium paint to chain link fencing around the transformer yard of size 5 mtrs x 5 mtrs with & including applying two coats of exterior cement base paint to external surfaces of transformers platform including stairs,complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing of existing HT overhead line of copper/ACSR conductor after opening of binding wire from insulator and bringing the sag within permissible limit rebinding the same with insulator with 16 SWG aluminium wire/suitable copper wire all including renewal of jumpers by providing heavy duty alkathine pipe of approved quality, reconnecting the service connections after cleaning the carbon and foreign material complete all as directed. (Note : All the tree branches obstructing to the O.H line shall be trimmed up to 3 mtr away from the O.H line,complete all as directed. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of charges for the trimming of trees.)

Supply and fix in replacement of post top insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator for 11000 volts grade ,complete all as directed.

Supply and laying stone aggregate 40 mm grade including lime powder ,complete all as directed.

Material & labour for the arranging the crane/hydra for lifting the transformer/DG set from the existing place by disconnecting HV/LV supply and earthing connectionsand shifting to the another location /platform and connecting HV/LV supply and earthing connections ,complete all as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of under voltage relay duly wired using the requisite size copper cable& lugs CT/PT wiring, trip circuit connection ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying High voltage insulation electric mat 2.5.0 mm thick fot voltage up to 11 KV for electrical pupose as per IS IS-15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safty of of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as directed.

Material and labour for removal of green vegetation from substations, pumphouse area by spraying the weedicide chemical Glufosinate ammonium 13.5% W/W SL using spray pump for burning of the grass on 500 Sq M Area including removing the vegetation from its roots by deploying labours and necessary T&P ,levelling &ramming the surface making agregates devoid of vegetation complete from existing place & depositing the vegetation away from the places , complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 40 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
