Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in type C2 (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in wall, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fair finished surfaces formwork to side of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fair finished surfaces formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone / boulders gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of RR masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidity hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm on Lime or sand stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses with Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m & depositing where directed at a level not exceedng 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance exceeding 50 m and not exceeding 250 mtr depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
