REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMERS, VCBs AND HIGH POWER SWITCH GEAR AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE DEOLALI

Preventive maintenace/ servicing of 11KV VCBs of make CG/ABB of capacity 400Amp/ 800Amps by dismantling of breaker mechanism checking the various critical setting in mechanism, checking of spring charging mechanism, checking of pole contact setting, greasing/ lubricating of mechanism moving parts, checking of contact pressure, alignment and adjusting the same, adjusting of spring charging mechanism & triping test trial & testing of VCBs for smooth and correct fuctioning. Calibration of over load current and earth fault relay of make L&T/ Ashida/ CG through secondry injection method with artificial load for 11 KV all as specified & directed.

Preventive maintenace/ servicing of 33 KV VCBs/ 400 Amps of make ALSTOM/CG/ABB by dismantling of breaker mechanism checking the various critical setting in mechanism, checking of spring charging mechanism, checking of pole contact setting, greasing/ lubricating of mechanism moving parts, checking of contact pressure, alignment and adjusting the same, adjusting of spring charging mechanism & triping test trial & teting of VCBs for smooth and correct fuctioning. Calibration of over load current and earth fault relay of make L&T/ Ashida/ CG through secondry injection method with artificial load for 33 KV all as specified & directed.

M&L for replacement of old silica gel breather container with new one of suitable capacity (500g-1000g) complete all as specified for trasformer 63 KVA to 500 KVA all as directed.

Supply and fill silica gel crystal in the transformer breather container all as directed at site

Filtration of Oil of serviceable distribution/power transformers at site in running condition by heating process taking out the moisture and impurities under vacuum and refilling in transformer upto required level having Die-electric strength not less than 40 KV for 2.5 mm Gap all as specified and directed

M&L replacement of Drain Plug of Transformers as per existing size and make up to 500 KVA all as specified and directed

M&L for repairs to leaking trasformers at site up to 500 KVA by opening the top cover, draining the transformer oil to the level just below the bushing, replacing the unserviceable bushings on HT&LT side with connecting rod, replacing the oil gaskets of bushings on HT & LT side, replacing the top oil gasket, reassembling, testing etc complete including all materials required at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
