Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out old un-serviceable/faulty under ground cable of any size from pole / wall / cable duct under ground trench etc for re-use or removal from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B breicks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers complete fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge .

All as per serial item No. 17 above but for GI pipe 80 mm bore.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying and incluidng inserting Galvanised steel light grade pipe of 80 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The rate of Galvanised steel light grade pipe of 100 mm dia is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel of any discription and size including demolished PCC foundation and all accessories such as MCCB/Cubical type switch /Measuring instruments /indicator lamps etc. complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LT junction box cubical type of size 60 cm x 40 cm x 30 cm,415 volts for outdoor use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated ,machine pressed front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 4 strip of size 30 mm wide and 6 mm thick with provision of hole on bus bar fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 25x25x5mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

S&F LT cable junction box ,size 260 mm x 210 mm x 116 mm, insulated type , made out with Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced with MCB SP 'C' curve 2.5 Amp complete all as directed. Make: Hensel, Cat Part No. KF5255 / HANSON/ Siemens / GE Power/ Rittal. Note :- (i). Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate for CJB/PJB (ii).The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclabe, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. (iii). The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. (iv).The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. (v).The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. (vi). The Junction Box color according to RAL 9011. (vii).The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For beter safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechnical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole Single type 410 SP-31, 9 metre long) conforming to IS - 2713 (Part - I & II) including base plate, Final taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and bitumen paint of complete pole upto embedded length and painting upto 1.5 mtr with alternate layer of yellow & black including marking Sr No of the poles all as specified. Note:- Necessary earthwork and cement concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted during calculation the quantity of PCC for foundation and coping.)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. S&F MCB DB including one No. MCB triple pole and neutral 16 to 32 Amp 10 KA 415 Volts 'C' series including necessary clamps, nut, bolts complete all as directed.

S&F PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable , sheathed 1.5 Sqmm three core 1100 Volts for connection of street light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI tubing medium grade made to shape 1.5 Mtr long with fixing arrangement for LED fitting duly painted with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of primer including MS clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Energy efficient LED street light fitting of 60 Watt seasonal LDR with RTC control with dimmable type, including No. of LED bulbs as per manufacturers instructions for lighting of 60 watt , epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing to act as heat sink for efficient dissipation of heat and toughened glass with IP 66 degree of protection, system luminous efficency more than 110 lumens / watt individual LED's should have lenses for better throw across and along road, PF>0.9 with voltage range 140 to 270 Volt, fitting should be provided wih inbuilt 10 KV minimum surge protection, with auto cut OFF above 300 V & auto switch ON normal voltage, short circuit and over voltage protection facility for Driver should be potted with electrolytic capacitor of 105 degree also with auto cut OFF above 300 V & auto switch ON normal voltage and fitting incluing making electrical connection for cable connection complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia , by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 32mm bore light grade from earthing test point or main controling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh,charcoal or coke andcommon salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm (compactedd thickness) all round the earth electrode,concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C bothways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work in excavation,returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including earthing pit cover etc. complete all as directed.
