Opening the electric induction motor of cap 10-25 HP and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing size/gauge with and including all other insulating material complete all as specified and directed. (Note : "Copper winding wire of appropriate gauge will be measured and paid under item No. 17 as supply only").

Opening the electric induction motor of cap 50-75 HP and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing size/gauge with and including complete all as specified and as directed (Note : "Copper winding wire of appropriate gauge will be measured and paid under item No. 17 as supply only").

Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board and taking out electic motor of capacity 10-25 HP from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts and transporting the motor to workshop and back, reinstalled after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board and taking out electic motor of capacity 30-40 HP from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts and transporting the motor to workshop and back, reinstalled after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board and taking out electic motor of capacity 50-75 HP from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts and transporting the motor to workshop and back, reinstalled after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Openig the monoblock pump set of cap upto 10 HP and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge/size with and including insulating material. Compete all as specified and as directed. (Note : "Copper winding wire of appropriate gauge will be measured under item No. 17 as supply only").

Supply only super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including insulation complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- BOO for measuring of new copper winding wire incorporated in each motor shall be prepared alongwith inventory of old scrap copper winding wire obtained after opening of motor and signed by EIC/JE (E/M).

Disconnecting and de-coupling the centrifugal pump of cap 10-25 HP from foundation after cutting of rusted MS nuts, bolts and transported to workshop for repairing and back, re-installed in existing position complete including MS nuts, bolts and packing flange complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and De-coupling the centrifugal pump of cap 30-40 HP from foundation after cutting of rusted MS nuts, bolts and transported to workshop for repairing and back, re-installed in existing position complete including MS nuts, bolts and packing flange complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and De-coupling the centrifugal pump of cap 50-75 HP from foundation after cutting of rusted MS nuts, bolts and transported to workshop for repairing and back, re-installed in existing position complete including MS nuts, bolts and packing flange complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Opening the centrifugal pump and repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including machining work and re-assembling the same in original position of 10 to 25 HP complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Spare Part will be measured & paid spaerately).

M&L of earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 32mm x 6mm strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all surrounded by adequete quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, earth strip encased in 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe, including providing watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of the earth pit to the top of the electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B - O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, earth work and RCC cover Complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate number 3 of SSR part -1, incl taking down of old earthing complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost alongwith other penalities as mentioned in contract. The decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final concluding and binding on the contractor.

M&L for replacing U/s gland packing champion of pump set of any capacity at site complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Sch of credit amount of Rs. 226112/- shall be deducted from total quoted BOQ Amount when work acceptance letter issued.
