Exhaust System: a) Supply and Installation of 6" MS ERW B Class Exhaust pipe.

c) Supply and Installation of thermal cladding materials 50mm thick glass wool and cladding of 24 gauge Aluminium sheet for the above pipe .

e) Erection of Silencer

Exhaust Pipe support : MS structural supports for Pipes,Silencers and bends with one coat of Red oxide primer and double coat of enamel paint .

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mmx600mmx6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Control Cabling (Copper Multistrand Armoured Cable) 650/1100V ,Grade conforming to IS-7098(part-1)1988. a) 4C x 2.5 sq mm (For Bus supply ,Master first start & LTA pump).

b) End termination kit suitable for the above cable with copper lugs and single compression gland.

Supplying and providing safety equipements such as 1.1 KV class rubber mat 1800 X 900 X 6.15mm thick for AMF panel, L.T.panel. Fire exstiguisher, 5Kg capacity, dry chemical powder type suitable for electric fire, suitably fixed on wall with necessary stand / brackets. Fire buckets filled with sand and necessary MS angle iron fabricated stand, restillation chart, standard first aid box, enamelled danger boards, etc.Completely as per statutory requiements of local electrical inspectorate or concerned approving authorities, accordingly.

Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of sheet steel fabricated (1.6 mm thickness) DG Change Over Panel, outdoor type with hinged front door with locking arrangements. The board shall be free standing type, dust and vermin proof, having provision for extension on both sides. The boards shall be supplied with the following equipments necessary bus bars, etc., including inter connections as required. The board shall be provided with detachable plate at top and bottom of cable alley, having adequate knockouts for facilitating conduit/cable entries. The board shall be fixed firmly on a 150mm high concrete pedestal with bolt and nuts, finished neatly with plastering etc., complete. The board shall be applied with one coat of primer after cleaning and degreasing the metallic surfaces and finished neatly with powder coated paint of approved colour. Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. Above 185Sq mm and upto 400Sq mm

Supplying and installing following size of perforated hot dipped galvanised iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convinient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with GI suspendors including GI bolts & nuts as required. a) 300mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness

b) 150mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness

Load testing of DG set with consumables and approvals etc,., at supplier work shop for 4 hours & site for 1 Hour on Load.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

Providing Half brick masonry with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundations and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

Providing 6 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately)
