RCC M20 Grade using 20mm & downgraded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties with labour, cess and T&P etc. required for the work complete.

Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-500/fe-415), cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required), the M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (payment will be made on weight of M. S. Rods or Tor Steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires). etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Fly Ash brick masonary in C:M (1:6) using 25cmx12cmx8 cm size bricks having crushsing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular, mouldings, and corbelling , champhering and similar such type of work , watering and curing etc . complete including cost , conveyance, royalities and . of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess and as per the specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick finished smooth to the outside smooth surface of wall including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of weather seal coat of approved shade to give an even shade includng cost of all materials labour T&P required for the work etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge

Painting two coats over a coat of priming with any approved enamel paints including cost of paint and primer etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification sign as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 601.3, fixed over Aluminium sheeting 2mm thick supported on stainless steel post 75mm dia, wnos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundationw ith Cc (1:2:4) cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm below ground level as per drawing including cost of written etc complete.

Supplyng fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame shutters and all fitting and fixtures etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

2.5cm thick grading concerete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size H.G. Chips including cost,carriage royalty taxes ,all labour and T & P etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing and false ceiling with aluminium anodised T section No. 3215 with 2'-0" centre to center L section No. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be dixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge
