Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litre perilinear metre of perimeter wall including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floors drilling and plugging holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment of voids in masonry, alongwith wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 1.00 litre per holes, soil under existing floors using emulsion @ 1.00 litre per hole, including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) and match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding, returning filling, ramming and consolidating etc complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment of soil under existing floor using chemical emulsion 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) and match the existing floors using emulsion @1 litre por hole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre / hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same with cement mortar (1:3) & painted with white or coloured paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying a coat of cement base paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered surface of walls by brush, sand paper, surface repair if required, filling putty in holes etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or any tint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of white wash (lime) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing old or previously treated surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match the esisating surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
