Repair and Renovation of Rooms of Transit House II at NALCO Nagar Bhubaneswar

Dismantling/demolishing of Tile work in floor/roof/wall (10mm to 25mm thickness) including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100 RM.

Taking out of door and window shutters/ grill (steel or wooden/ grill ) from existing door, window, ventilator, cupboard etc. with all bye works and stacking at department store including transporting as directed of area beyond 3 SQM

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wooden) shutter including choukaths, hold fast etc. complete and stacking the material at the department store including transporting as directed of area beyond 3 SQM

Dismantling of GI pipe including stacking at owner store (with all fittings in the line) up to 40mm nominal bore- External work (including excavation and refilling after taking out the pipes)

Transporting and disposing the surplus earth, debris and soft rock including shrubs and vegetations from construction area beyond the initial lead of 50m including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck/ tractor measurement ,voids shall be deducted as per specification. Lead up to 3.0 km

Dismantling/demolishing of Plain cement concrete (roof grading, pavement, flooring, gola etc. out side the building) including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100RM.

Dismantling/demolishing of Cement plaster/Skirting including racking out of joints. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100 RM.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by machine scrapper and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches with putty, scaffolding etc complete.

Dismantling false ceiling including supporting frame channel etc. and stacking the materials at departmental store including transportation etc. all complete as directed for all heights.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge- 50 mm average thickness
