Manning, operation and routine maintenance of Sewage treatment plant 200 KLD (M/S Brisanzia Tecnologies Pvt Ltd) at RAM CSD, round the clock including Sunday and Holidays with Skilled Labour – 02 Nos (FGM ) and 01No Mate FGM with reliever for sunday and holiday( Shift timing and deployment of FGM/Mate FGM for shift as approved/directed by Engr-in-Charge . Installation consisting following :- (i) Sewage transfer pump capacity 8.5 Cum /Hr including motor 0.75 KW / 1 HP - 02 Nos (01 No working + 01 No Stand by). In addition to above a recovery of Rs 500.00 per shift per per workman in case Mate FGM and Rs 650 in case of FGM shall be made from contractor. (xv) Contractor shall carry out the following test at frequency given each test of treated Sewage and effluent from a laboratory Parameter Range Monitoring Parameter Range Monitoring Parameter Range Monitoring (a) TSS <50 Daily (b) PH 7- 8 Daily (c) BOD <30mg/L Daily (d) COD <250mg/L Daily (e) Coli from count 1000 per 100 ml Daily (xvi) Treated water in conifrming standards once in a month from a govt approved laboratory. Note :-The rate quoted by contractor per day is also inclusive of following :- (i) Schedule maintenaince as specified herein before and in particular specification. (ii) The test as mentioned above shall be carried out by the contractor as per the frequency given above. The contractor will ensure that the test result shall be within the ranges numerated above. (iii) Cleaning of sewage pipe line of size 80/100 mm dia about 100 m from STP Plant upto disposal point once in a month. (iv) Contractor shall carry out routine check and maintenance of Pump/Blower/Filter/Pipe lines valves etc. (v) Removal and disposl of screened and De-greeted material upto 1.5 Km once in a month and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Cleaning of sumps floating material from receiving sump as and when required and as directed by engineer -in-charge. (vii) Weakly removable of scum or as required to keep the unit clean. (viii) Backwash and cleaning of filter whenever required and as directed by Engr in Charge. (ix) Maintaining all sorts of record as per requirement such as log sheet of the system, performance sheet of the system, chemical consumption records,electrical consumption records etc to minimize the downtime of any utility and to enhance the performance of entire system. (x) Checking of oil and grease of all the gear boxes and blowers. (xi) Monthly Inspection of plant to carried out OEM SERVICE ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN and charges for the same included in above quoted rate. (xiii) Payment to trade man shall be made by contractor by cheque or NEFT in their bank account.

Supply only poly aluminium chloride (Per Day 200 Gram x 335 Days for each plant).

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE (IF ITEMS ARE REQUIRED AND EXECUTED PAID SEPARATELY UNDER BELOW) Note:- spare parts required to replaced are of same make and manufacture of replaceing items. Spare parts shall be procured from the auth dealer of Co and Pr Vr of parts shall be submitted by contractor alongwith RAR/ payment. Dismantling and disconnecting of submersible Pump and motor 1/1.5/2HP with incoming and out going pipe line and taking out from sewage well 6 mtr to 7 mtr below ground level including tranporting the pumps to and from work shop for repair and refittinf in same position after repair including connection and tesring on full load on working pressure as specified and directed. NOTE- Replacement of wornout parts and painting etc shall be paid separately under relavent items given blow.

Supply and fixing in replacement of impeller set made of CI as per sample suitable for 1/1.5/2HP electric motor .

Dismantling and disconnecting of sewage submersible Pump and motor 4HP with incoming and out going pipe line and taking out from sewage well 6 mtr to 10 mtr below ground level including tranporting the pumps to and from work shop for repair and refixing in same position after repair including connection and testing on full load on working pressure as specified and directed. NOTE- Replacement of wornout parts and painting etc shall be paid separately under relavent items given blow.

Disconnecting of all electric connection and dismantling the 12.5 HP/15 HP electric induction motor from foundation and refitting back after replacement of worn out defective parts including testing at full load.
