Name of work - Modernization/Upgradation of existing parks/Green Belts.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (a) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including supportive structure, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming Coat of approved steel primer, Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work, including welding and bolted with special shaped Washers etc. complete. (a) Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing floral and ornamental design cast iron fringe properly casted disc grinded and pin grinded with smooth surface finish having length of 3000 mm (approx.) and height 275 mm and having weight 15 kg (approx.) fringe properly welded to the column / pillar of 200mm dia and also welded its top & bottom portion with MS tubular section, welding works and other works to be arranged by the contractor. complete fringe shall be spray primered and painted with enamel paint of approved colour and brand complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Payment of M.S. tubular section shall be paid separately).

Providing & fixing floral and ornamental design cast iron spandrel having horizontal width of 475 mm and height 400 mm and having weight of 3 kg (approx.) each, properly casted, disc grinded and pin grinded for smooth surface finish. Each spandrel welded to the columns / pillar below the fringe. Electricity for welding and grinding works to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Complete spandrel shall be spray primered and painted with enamel paint of approved colour and brand all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and fixing floral and ornamental design cast iron base panel as per designs / drawings having height of 750 mm, length of 3000 mm (Approx.) and having weight 75 kg (approx.) each. Each cast iron panel having mild steel tubular section at the top & bottom of the frame welded to it and subsequently welded to the column/pillar at both ends with proper grinding of welding marks, electricity for welding and other works to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost, panel proper finished with fillers, spray primered and painted with enamel paint of approved colour and brand all complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Payment of M.S. tubular section shall be paid separately).

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : (a) 25 mm thick.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with Zinc coating 120 gram per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Modified Estimated Cost for item no. 1 to 17 after using Correction factor on DSR 2023 on account of GST@ 0.973 i.e. Rs. 2394821 (total estimated cost is to be reduced by 2.7% accordingly)
