Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement base paint in two coat over a coat of primer paint on newely plastered surface of walls including prepration of surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of oldsurface of ceiling & applying one coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint on old plastered surface of walls including prepration of surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Snowcem, Acrocem (Acro paint), Durocem (Berger paint) Note :- The entire quantity of paints required shall be stored in premises of the subdivision or at a place directed by Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work.

M&L for preparation of wood or wooden based old surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Berger Luxol, Asian Apcolite, Nerolac Synthetic Enamel Paint. Note :- The entire quantity of paints required shall be stored in premises of the subdivision or at a place directed by Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Berger Luxol, Asian Apcolite, Nerolac Synthetic Enamel Paint Note :- The entire quantity of paints required shall be stored in premises of the subdivision or at a place directed by Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work.

M & L for preparing of old decorated surfaces (plastered or un-plastered) by brooming down and applying one coat of white wash on walls including cornices complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification using paint roller technology and providing 2mm thick water proof based wall putty and sanding the surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Berger Bison Emulsion, Asian Tractor Emulsion, Nerolac Beauty Emulsion Note :- The entire quantity of paints required shall be stored in premises of the sub division or at a place directed by Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work.

Complete removal of existing wall finishes, any type by vigorously wire brushing, brooming, dusting & finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes & foreign materials, making good minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents cracks etc in CM 1:3 & applying 02 mm thick water proof wall putty on the bldg external surface of wall with uniform thickness incorporating water proof putty @ 2.00 kg/Sqm & making surface absolutely smooth on entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Make :- Berger Rangoli Emulsion, Asian Apcolite Emulsion/Nerolac/ Dulux Note :- The entire quantity of paints required shall be stored in premises of the subdivision or at a place directed by Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work.

M&L for applying on putty treated surface two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed at height upto 12 mtr incuding necessary scaffolding over putty treated surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Berger Rangoli Emulsion, Asian Apcolite Emulsion/Nerolac/ Dulux Note :- The entire quantity of paints required shall be stored in premises of the subdivision or at a place directed by Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work.

M&L for preapring Old Surface apply one coat of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification using paint roller technology to prepare the surface even and smooth on new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement mortor in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces applying ready mix polymer modified mortar upto 60mm thickness (Chajjas fins, border,slab, beams etc) :- (i) Including application of rust remover on exposed reinforcement and subsequent application of anticorrosive coating. Also, pressure grouting with epoxy injection after application of polymer modified mortar. (ii) Use of electrical mixer to get the homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iii) To achieve required thickness repeat this step after 24 hrs as required. (iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water forg for 5 to 7 days etc complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building height up to 24 meters complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Contd...18.01/-

Make of Chemicals : - Epoxy bonding agent, Rust remover, Anti corrosive coating, Polymer modified mortar, Epoxy grout shall be of Berger, Krishna, Dr Fixit, MC Bauchemie and M/s Cemistik, Sika as approved by GE. Notes : (i) Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator (Applicator to be approved by GE). (ii) The Contractor and manufacture of polymer modified mortar shall give the warranty before commencement and also for the strengths achieved in the post completion of work. (iii) The chemicals to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (iv) Hard drawn steel wire fabric will be measured and paid seperately
