Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, of required shade on new wall surface (two coat) over one coat cement primer I/C all cost of materials ,labour and T&P etc .

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand (two coats) over one priming coat of whiting on new surface after throughly brushing the surface free from dropping and other forgein mater I/C preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth I/C all cost of materials ,labour and T&P etc.

Dry Earth filling including manual compaction,dressing with 30.0 M lead &1.5 M lifts with proper completion of work.

Fabrication of mild steei/Iron work in grill,railing,door and window Frames I/C cutting, drilling,welding/riviting and hinges,where necessary & fixing in position I/C all cost of material,labour,T&P etc required for completion of work with one coat red oxide primer.
