Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, in camouflage pattern, any tinted, including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc, of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in (camouflage pattern), including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and top surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparatin of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying acrylic based emulsion (exterior grade), two coats, in camouflage pattern any tinted over a coat of suitable primer incuding washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide road marking paint ,aqua based white or goldan yellow including preparation of old painted surfaces by rubbing and washing complete all as specidfied and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder Masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under interlocking paver blocks of thickness not exceeding 50mm including water and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade fixed with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high strength epoxy concrete (FOSROC - Expocrete EC) filling for area prepared, epoxy concrete prepared by cutting manualy or mechanically/cleaning/drying by blower, epoxy conctrete prepared by mixing of mixing of prepacked Expocrete EC having base (B), hardner (H), fine filler (FF) with 6-10 mm graded stone aggregate (CA) at site in the specified proportion by weight (B:H : FF : CA - 4.537 : 2.145 : 20.818 : 30) as per manufacturer's instructions . The epoxy concrete shall be applied to prepared and primed surface within 30 minutes of mixing, finished with a steel trowel to fair and even surface complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated horizantal concrete or bituminous roads, pavements surfaces exceedings 10 cm in width or girth with wire brushes etc and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other marking with one coat of water thinable/ matt finished road marking paint white / orange/ yellow / black or any other colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Make : Apcotrack manufactured by Asian paints/ Guide line of Berger or equivalent make as approved by GE. Note: Runway paint to be carried out on the same surface at a interval of 03 to 04 month/ as and when required by user.

M&L for racking of joints/ removing old sealing compound, dirt etc from Dummy /Construction of 10mm wide and 28 mm deep, cleaning the joints sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joint with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethene foam back up rod of 12mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polyurethene sealing compound and filling polyurethene sealent including using marking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for racking of joint/removing old any sealing compound, dirt from Expansion joint 20mm wide and 40 mm deep cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joint with closed cell ,medium density cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 25 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints priming top with specified primer suitable for polyurathene sealing compound and filling polyurathene sealent including using marking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.
