Supply and erection of Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole of 3 mm thickness 6 Mtr. Long pole with top dia 70 mm and bottom dia 130 mm with base plate of size 220 x 220 x 12 mm, including cost of nut and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacture including cost of foundation accessories etc.( As per IS2062, BSEN 10025 etc) The foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanized (in single dipping with not less than 65micron as per ASTM-A123 and 153 )complete with door and locking arrangement, bakelite sheet,neutral link, suitable MCB or any other electrical accessories (excluding their cost )inclding connection etc. t it also includes cost of RCC 1:1.5:3 for foundation of size 0.4 m x 0.4 m x .9 m of which 0.3 m above ground ), with minimum 4 nos. 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8 mm dia not more than 150 mm C.C. for fixing the pole with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge . Make : preferably Bajaj/Philips/CG/Surya/BPP/Aster .

Supply , fabrication and erection of detachable single arm bracket 1000 mm overhang made of 48.3mm OD Dia.MS pipe (3.5mm thick) as per IS 1161 welded to canopy 400 mm long with angle of inclination of 105 degree to the vertical.The canopy should be suitable for 70 mm top dia pole.The bracket should be hot dip galvanized alongwith 3 no. 10mm dia.SS bolts

Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of LED type IP-66 and above 40/50 W Street Light Fitting as per technical specification enclosed . Compatible for pole mounting with outer dia of 40mm to 50mm. Universal Voltage driver to operate wide voltage range from 100V to 270V 50/60Hz application. Compliance to IS 10322/IEC 60598, LM 79 & LM 80

Supply testing and commissioning of XLPE/PVC insulated ,armoured, Aluminium conductor for working voltages of 1.1 kv , conforming to IS : 7098 Part I , IS : 1554 Part II, of 25 square mm, 3 core 1100 V cable , to be carried through conduit/pipe U/G or A/G only in case of site constrains excluding cost of pipe & trench excavation. laying (underground and overhead), , including cost of labour and material required to complete the job in all respects upto the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in- charge ; PreferablyHavels/Grindlays/Gloister/universal/Pelican/Paramount make.

HDPE pipe 50 mm O/D and inner diameter 38mm including trench excavation in hard soil (0.3x0.45x1000m) for laying of 25/16 mm2 Almunium armored cable . The job further inludes refilling back the same and removal of surplus excavated material to an appropriate place.

Earthing Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip connected to the bolt on the pole

Providing of service connection and earthing to the luminaire to be tapped from the cable using 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated single core copper conductor of standard make

Dismantling of the pole , light, cable and all other accessories and back carriage to Divisional/Sub Store.
