Maintenance Contract for Housekeeping at WIP, UOF, ITF, VWSF, NRB Store, NSB, NRB gate and NRB parking area for 2026-2027, INRPK, Kalpakkam

Cleaning areas by sweeping & moping the floors, corridors, steps and removing the cob webs as specified by the EIC. Sweeping the roads, parking area & other areas, water tables including collecting the muck, papers & refuses etc. and dumping in nearby waste bins or where the places shown by the Departmental Engineer at site. Cleaning the toilets consisting of urinals, EWC, IWC, Wash basins floor and showers etc at WIP, UOF, VWSF, ITF, Occupation Health Centre, NRB Store, NSB, NRB gate & NRB parking area by Un-Skilled house keeping workers.

Cleaning of restricted area toilets, shower area and change room toilets in various plant at WIP complex by engaging Un-Skilled house keeping workers.

Monitoring the cleaning works as per schedule includes, cleaning of toilets, condition of sanitary fittings, regular filling of hand wash in soap dispenser at various buildings of WIP complex. Arranging CISF co-ordination for waste disposal, special house keeping required during official programs and ensuring consumable material requirement at various location. Maintaining hygiene condition in and around various plant area by engaging Skilled worker.

Consumables required for house keeping works as per technical specification.

Collecting of garbage / refuses from the bins near the building, road sides or other areas shown and conveying to dumping yard at Kokkilamedu or other areas shown weekly once and disposing including conveyance, loading and unloading etc. complete all as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
