Repair/Replacement and Maintenance of LT panels, switch gears and allied works at Mil Stn Beas and Jandiala Guru under GE Kapurthala.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out old cable/laying of under ground cable/foundation of poles/stays including segregation of old serviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 1 above but depth exceeding 1.5 metre & not exceeding 3.00 metre, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick protection using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat dry but adjoining to each other laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling in trenches spreading, leveling sand cushioning 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable for under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing old ACSR conductors, any size, from existing LT poles at area where UG cables are to be laid, by unwinding the binding wire from insulators including disconnecting from the existing system, keep in safe custody for reuse, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Payment for taking down of insulators shall be made for separately. (b) Restringing of serviceable ACSR will be measured separately. (c) UG Cables to be measured separately.

Dismantling of existing old cross arms etc made of mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron, back plates, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/taking down of insulators of any type/size from LT poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing old earth wire/guard wire service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/ paths/drains/ducts/floors/along poles/walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. Cable Under ground, Heavy duty, armoured, XLPE insulated with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of following cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and layng in replacement GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore for cable porotection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road/preparation of GI bracket etc across the drain or nallah with clamps. Bolts, nuts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including taking down the old unsv (clamps. Bolts, nuts & washers shall be measured and paid seperatly)

All as per item No 12 above but of 80 mm dia

M&L for cutting the existing hard standing/PCC/WBM road at a depth not less than 45 cm and 25 cm in width for passing of cable through GI pipe, returning filling in, complete including finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm graded aggregate upto 20 cm, finishing to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Danger notice plate for LT, 20cm x 15cm x 1.60 mm thick, mild steel sheet, vitreous, enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in single red colour and fixed on LT Panel using suitable nuts, bolts and washers of required size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable PCC pole from site and Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles type 410SP-31(9.0 meter long)complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Sintex make PVC looping box comprising of Aluminium bus bar 4 Nos(TPN) and one No 6 Amps SP MCB including necessary Clamps made out of MS flat iron, nuts and bolts suitable for fixing with steel tubular Poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for wiring for Circuit from MCB box to Street light including supply and fixing (with suitable clamp) of pvc conduit of size 20 mm dia on pole with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable with 2 x 1.5 sqmm + 1 x 1.5 Sqmm earth wire in surfaces/recessed as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F LED street light fitting 35 Watt IP65 Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED security light/Street light with heat resistant toughened glass including 1.5 mtr long 32 mm bore GI pipe mounting bracket made to shape for fixing on Pole with 40 mm x 6 mm flat iron clamp 02 numbers with 16 mm dia bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation bed and around the pole as mass concrete including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per description of serial item No 20 here-in-before but PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping of poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, shackle type porcelain vitrous white, green or brown insulators for working pressure 1100 volts grade 90 mm dia x 75 mm height including galvanised MS straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers & nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement pin type porcelain, vitrous white, brown insulator including one galvanised MS spindle and two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised MS nut, 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fabricating and fixing in replacement cross arms (any type) supports bracing, stiffeners anticlimbing spikes etc made out of MS, MS channel, angle iron, flat of any size including drilling of holes, making of clamps, nut, bolts etc including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preperation of surface to all steel and iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt of cpacity 160 Amp, short circuit breaking capacity 35/36 KA, thermal magnatic protection type confirming to IS, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc disconnecting from LT panel and making incoming, out going connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Cost of copper thimbles, nut & bolts shall be included in the quoted rate).

All as per item No 25 above but capacity 200 Amps and breaking capacity 35/36 KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(Cost of copper thimbles, nut & bolts shall be included in the quoted rate).

All as per item No 28 but capacity 400 Amps and breaking capacity 35/36 KA and thermal setting 5 to 10 times complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No 25 to 29 :- Contractor will provide MCCBs as per site requirement/design of LT Panel (as per Make,model, type of existing MCCBs) for proper housing of MCCBs in existing LT Panels)

M&L for unbinding from insulators the ACSR conductor on pole and restretching the loose ACSR conductor of any size on LT poles and binding the same with 2 mm dia new alumunium binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for cutting/pruning of tree branches 1.5 mtr all around the LT overhead lines of span n.exc 40 mtr and around the pole obstruction the overhead line & removing the branches to distance n.exc 50 mtr to be the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only by providing a trained electrician with helper for servicing, repair/maint, replcement of unservicable components like changeover, MCCBs, Volt meter, Ammeter etc , cutting/drilling/welding wk etc ,replacement of copper/alumn bus bar , thimbles, changing of connection copper wire lead etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (The above job also includes replacement of following component in existing LT Panel Boards including disconnecting and taking down the UNSV components at different locations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (Items used will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of HT/LT PCC pole 9/ 11 mtr long and painting with one coat of marking 30 cm high alternate black & white strips with synthetic enameled paint up to 1.5 mtr height and writing pole Nos and applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel pole of 9 m long and painting with two coats of aluminium paint from top of the pole to 1.5 m above the bottom of the pole and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer upto 1.5m from bottom of the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing old unsv LT Junction Box and supply, fabricating, installation, commissioning, testing and electrically connected CPRI approved manufacturer LT Junction Box out door cubical type, Double door, made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel on angle iron frame 60mm x 60mm x 40 mm of with front side hinged door, locking arrangement, vermin proof, painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide (internal& external surface) with heat shrinkable sleeves on AI bus bar 350 Amp capacity - 04 Nos providing holes (not less than ten nos of 3Ph distributions) for the connection of outgoing cables, complete wiring with thimbles and other accessories using crimping tool including foundation for fixing over PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate foundation complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge comprising he following :- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts of Capacity 250 Amps - 01 No. (ii) Indicating lamps, LED type, 230 V AC - 03 Nos. Taking out damaged butt hinges and locking arrangement from out door type LT Panel door and M&L for welding new hinges and locking arrangement on the apnel door including denting/adjusting the door for proper closing and preparing old painted outer exposed surfaces of LT Panel Board of area not less than 5 Sqm, all exposed surfaces of steel items fixed with the panel, without dismantling and M&L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down only existing ACSR conductor of any size/type from LT electric pole with the help of suitable T&P and proper safety gears to clear the disturbed area due to wind/strom complete all as specified and firected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacment ACSR conductor of any size including binding on existing LT poles or new poles with 2mm dia aluminium binding wire complete including dismantling/taking down of old unsv ACSR conductor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Squirrel/Weasel type ACSR to be used)

S&F spacers suitable for ASCR over head conductors, PVC of size 4 way (for 4 wire system) including taking out the u/s item from OH lines.

M&L for replacement of stay assembly comprising of GI stay bow 14mm dia 40 cm long (over all) galvanized steel stay rod 20mm dia 215 Cm long with threaded ends GI nuts, bolts, washers, stay plate 30cm x 30 cm x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Replacement of stay wire standard of 7/4mm of GI wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain brown or green large size with over all dimension 90x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
