Cleaning of internal wall/floors of RCC over head reservoir of Capacity 25000 Gallon including removing fine sand/silt deposited inside the over head reservoirs with the help of wire brushes and removing any fungus formation inside the tank, removing the waste by opening wash out valves and applying caustic soda solution and one coat of lime wash internally including cement base white wash of complete OH tank to the external wall, bottom surface, pillar and painting of raising main pipe line and delivery line by black paint and writing work with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code mentioning (a) date of cleaning (b) Next due date of cleaning (c) Capacity of tank etc, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :All precautionery measure such as safety belt, climbing rope, scaffolding etc to be taken by the contractor to safeguard human life while working on overhead reservoir. The rates quoted for the item shall be inclusive of the same.

The work also includes washing with clean water and bleaching powder including scraping with wire brush on walls and floors & removing mud and grits & deposits etc throw out properly to a distance not exceeding 50m including cement base white washing of external wall and painting of raising main pipe line and delievery line by black paint and Writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on a rectangular box of size 75cm x 50cm, wriing in white in colour on black back all as specified and as directed.

Chlorine testing kit compete with test tubes, solution complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of water from the approved govt lab authority’ and test the following perameter of water :- PH range, Total solids, total hardness, Floride, Nitrites, Nitrates, Lead Arsenic, Ammonia, Chlorides, Cadmium, Cyanide, Mercury Iron, Management, Surphate, Phernolic and submission the report to Deptt or as directed. Note :- Water collected in presence of medical staff / MES staff and empty collection sample bottle will be provided by the contractor

Supply only chlorination chemical highly efficient (high strength) calcium based granular(65 to 70% chlorine content) disinfectant more stable than chlorine gas/bleaching powder high stable in sealed container for water treatment stability projected shelf life of chlorination of chemical must be one year with min loss of chlorine all as per the relevant IS. The contractor has to produce manufacturers distributor test certificate and purchase voucher Lot wise from authrozied dealer/company while supply of calcium based granual for the verification of genuiness of material. No material shall be accepted without test certificate.

Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 110 ampere auto starter cum fault analyzer cum protection & control panel at Stage-4 including following job:-1) Fabrication of Power Handling Unit (PHU) / Auto Starter with power contactor MNX-110-2Nos., MNX-70-1No. of L&T make along with MCCB of 160 ampere rating also of L&T make. 2) The system should be provided with a solidstate fault analyzer cum controller. 3) The complete system should be enclosed in a floor / wall mounted MS sheet enclosure / box of suitable gauge and dimensions with proper entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Job also includes mounting of the panel to the wall / floor of the pump room. METERING: 4) The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be providedalong with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internalcontrol wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbing ateach end.
