Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC/wood/steel any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, for fencing post complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel as in gates, grills, posts etc or in any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed

Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other sections with gusset plates complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including hooks and hinges (excluding of covering steel sheeting) fastening, locking arrangement, etc conforming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O, including dismantling all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of n.exc 4.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Fixing included under item No 10 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm but n.xc 10cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length fixed in chain link fencing complete all as specified.

2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain coloured sheeting with side lap, fixed with coach screw and washer as in roof, wall , fencing etc including dismantling of old sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc including disposal of demolished material complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 17 herein before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks) –ditto-

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Cement concrete type B-1, 1:3:6 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. (Cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where ordered. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed ,complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surface and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat in roof in cement mortar 1:4 i complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded or laid bedded pointed in any mortar, all as specified.

Factory made machine pressed concrete interlocking pre polished (glazy finish) paver block, with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over, including dismantling of old tile complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made machine pressed concrete interlocking pre polished (glazy finish) paver block, with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over including dismantling of old tile complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made machine pressed concrete interlocking pre polished (glazy finish) paver block, with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 40 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over including dismantling of old tile complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 22-25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, glossy finish, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including dismantling of old tile complete all as specified and directed

15 to 18mm thick granite work (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platfors and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade with rounding to edges exposed to view complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding of / moulding to edges of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in jallies and louvers 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings etc set in cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling of old jalli complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate fencing posts, struts etc for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 Sqcm but n.exc 250sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed rounded or mitred tops and fixed complete all as specified and directed (Excavation, earth work, PCC bed, nibs, reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Preparation of old decorated concrete/ brick/stone /tile surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enameled/ Terracotta paint of any shade / colour complete all as specified & directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc, including dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 , complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in hardstanding etc including finishing the surface by brooming or chequered finish complete all as specified and directed.

Welding in repairs, n.exc 2.5 cm in length, thickness of metals to be welded exc 6mm but n.exc 9mm complete all as specified & directed.

Factory made RCC M-35 pre cast man hole covers (Medium duty), of size 600mm x 1200mm x 100mm with plain faces, including MS frame(thicknesss not less than 1.00mm) , set in position in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Factory made RCC M-35 pre cast man hole covers (Medium duty), of size 500mm x 1000mm x 100mm with plain faces, including MS frame(thicknesss not less than 1.00mm) , set in position in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.
